Serenity Pet Spaw

Jen has been grooming our Maltese and Long hair chihuahua for about eight months now. She is so calm, gentle and caring with our fur babies. I would highly recommend using Serenity Pet Spa. Thanks for all your hard work, Jen.

Brought my 5 month old, Cora, here for her first haircut, on a recommendation from a coworker. So glad I did! Cora got a «puppy trim» from Petsmart several weeks back and she was not so well behaved. so I was a bit nervous for her this time. HOWEVER, as soon as we walked in, Jen eased my fears. She let Cora walk around, checkin out the place first, and gave her some treats. By the time she put Cora on the table to start the cut, Cora looked so comfortable! I was shocked. Jen did such a good job that even after Cora was done, she didn’t want to leave!
Thanks so much for Cora’s adorable haircut :) Will definitely be back!

Jenn is the «Pied Piper» Zen Master” for anxious furkids!!! I called her to discuss a terrified little guy, Lukie that I adopted. He had made great progress but was terrified riding in the car and going to the groomer. He generally needed to be medicated which killed me the glazed over little eyes. Jenn came to my home for a year and poofed up who Jenn calls «The 3 Amigos»…Tootsie Luke and Scarlett’s hair and self esteem. After learning to trust Jenn and her husband Arturo walking them daily Lukie is now the first to line up to go have fun at the new salon. When my daughters 2 little doggies are here they too go along for the party! Thank you Jenn. You’re the best!!!

Jennifer did a great job on my big mutt (Lady) who has long hair and isn’t fond of getting brushed! Lady is a rescue who is very skittish and submissive, it takes her time to warm-​up to strangers and Jennifer gave her that time. She let Lady walk around and smell the area before they got started and she also gave me the option to stick around until Lady was settled. The grooming was spot on and Lady was a happy vibrant girl when we came to pick her up. Jennifer gave us kind and professional service that was greatly appreciated!

Jennifer has been grooming my high strung, hyperactive Cockapoo for three years now. She knows how to keep him calm and keep him looking good. Jennifer is very patient and knowledgeable and I don’t worry when he’s with her. She has just opened a salon at 841 Turquoise. She’s the best in the business.

My dogs just adore Jennifer and actually enjoy their time with her! She knows exactly how to handle my enthusiastic 2 year old border collie and is gentle and calming for my almost 13 year old lab. Jennifer is also a trainer so she knows how to handle different personalities and breeds of dogs. She really is well versed in grooming and dog handling. I would follow her anywhere to have my dogs groomed and pampered!

From beginning to end my experience with Jen was perfect. I had inquired on line about their services and within 30 minutes she had messaged me back with prices, services, and next available appointment, which was the following week. She showed up exactly @11 and when I walked my dog Max up to her he was shy but immediately comfortable. An hour or so later she text me to come and get him! He looked adorable! She did exactly what I wanted and when we walked home just a half block away Max was energetic and happy.
Also, my dog is a cocker spaniel so he is prone to ear infections and she even pointed out that I may want to keep an eye on his ears and gave me some great tips.
I will for sure be back in December when he is ready for his next cut-​at the new location on Turquoise! Thanks Jen for the extra special care. See you soon.

We love Jen!!! She is so patient and kind to my daughter dog, Elsie. In addition to being a really sweet person, Jen is an awesome groomer and her hair cuts rock! We are thrilled to have her as our groomer.

I am so happy I found Jennifer! She is simply the best! My Goldendoodle was pretty matted and she didn’t even shave him to his skin. He looks great and I can tell that he feels great as well! Jennifer definitely has a gift for working with dogs. My Charlie loved her immediately! We will definitely call Jennifer anytime Charlie needs a clean up!

Jen is awesome! We’ve been taking our little Stevie to Jen for quite some time now and he loves her. Every time Stevie has an appointment with Jen, he’s never afraid and very calm. We’ve taken Stevie to other groomers in the past, but none seem to get the cut just right. Jen knows exactly how to cut the pups hair. Now that Jen is mobile, she is a lot closer to where we reside (HUGE plus!). Thank you Jen for always doing a great job on our Stevie!

This is Buddy’s third time getting groomed with Jennifer and I simply loved it. Not only is all her time dedicated to our dog but he isn’t left sitting around waiting his turn like at other groomers. She’s pretty fast and all done right outside of your house. I am extremely happy to have found her.

Jen is simply amazing! My little guy Crosby is a tough customer. The first time I brought him to the groomer I got a call back about 10 minutes later that he was barking and crying and carrying on. I came to get him, but luckily Jen came out and said she wanted to meet him and work with him.
She asked me to bring him by once a week or so just to say hi and get comfortable with her. She was so good with him that it only took two weeks or so. She is GREAT with dogs and it really shows.
Ever since, she’s been the only groomer for Mr. Croz! And now that she has her own mobile pet spaw, it’s even more convenient to make an appointment with her.

Oh my gosh! This groomer is the best groomer I have ever had! My dog loved her and she was so wonderful with her and my other dog. I have a Newfoundland and maltiPoo. She was on time for all appointments and parked right in front of my house how easy can this get? She loves animals and especially the ones you own! You want this groomer!

Jen worked WONDERS for my dog Diddy. We adopted him from a home that he was badly neglected and Jen made him as good as new! She definitely knows dogs, and is a great people person. She even taught me a few things about how to care for a dog, and some useful tips. I can’t imagine taking my dog anywhere else, thanks Jen!!!

My little Pom Mokie has been having his haircut with Jennifer since we adopted him last summer. I’ve never seen Mokie get more excited about seeing someone like he does with Jennifer! Jen is an amazing groomer! She has been working with my shih tzu Kobe for 5 years now. Kobe is an overly playful pup who gets excited at the sight of new people and other dogs, so needless to say he’s a mover and a wiggler. Jen has the ability to calm him down and gets the job done! Also, Kobe just adores her! She genuinely cares about her dog clients and you can certainly tell with the interaction she has with them.
The mobile grooming service is a plus as well! The set up is spacious for any dog-it’s fully equipped with a grooming area and bathtub. Also, Jen will come to you which is definitely convenient when you’re trying to multitask at home. I highly recommend giving her a call!

Jennifer is hands down the best groomer around! She has been grooming my dogs for the last three years — one of whom was a rescue with serious fear issues. She is patient and gentle and worked with my boy who now trusts her completely AND looks awesome! She is always upbeat to people and animals — never getting flustered. I recommend her to everyone — especially to anyone whose pup may have a hard time at the groomers. She makes it an enjoyable experience for the pups and the owners and the end results are awesome. Even better now that she is mobile and comes to you!

Jennifer has been grooming my crazy rescue since i got him about a year and a half ago. Bailey, my dog, doesn’t care for people too much (abused), and he loves Jennifer! She is so amazing with him and so patient. She really takes her time to make sure he’s comfortable and doesn’t even use a muzzle on him. He always looks so handsome when she’s done.
