It was my first time here and I came in due to high review. My order was to go, with two items. I do not understand how you can get an order wrong when there are only two sandwiches. I clearly ordered a chicken philly sandwich to come to a surprise of steak philly. That’s two completely different sandwiches. The person I got it for does not like steak and now I got to go out of my way and buy something else. Huge inconvenience and hassle for me today. Probably my last Only giving the two stars for friendliness.

I have gone past Sima’s for a long time but I never went in until this year — my mistake! I have been back for lunch a number of time, I have had all of the lunch combos(burger, gyros, cheesesteak, etc.) and all are good. Good service, clean place, nice folks — go on in!

Excellent food and excellent service. I walked in after hours not realizing they were closed and they still served me a delicious meal.

This is a very easy review to write there’s just one word to sum it up «DELICIOUS»!! I was in the area and came by and ordered the club sub. The bread was soft and fresh there was a decent amount of meat on the sub and the bacon was nice and crispy. I would highly recommend anybody in the area looking for a delicious lunch at a reasonable price to stop by and check out this location. This is a small family owned business and it seems that both owners are present and working very hard along side their staff. I’m always happy to be able to support local businesses and I hope everybody feels the same way and checks out this place you will not be disappointed. They have television available to watch and it’s a nice clean quite relaxing environment.

I got the gyro sandwich and I said no sauce but she still put sauce, and the fries were raw, never coming back here again.

I was in a hurry to grab a bite to eat and I stumbled on this ma and pa deli. I was pleasantly greeted by a sweet couple that were ever to serve me. It’s pretty rare now a day to receive personable customer service and honestly it’s what stood out to me immediately and would have me coming back. They were very accommodating with my dietary needs and made sure I loved what I was eating! The restaurant overall was clean, but it did come off as a little out dated in décor and looked a little cluttered. I don’t know if I’d sit down and eat there, but I’d definitely order for pick up again.

Family owned and operated for some time now. The food is cooked literally how your Mom use to do. Enjoyed my experience there especially when they catered to my early lunch order at 9:30am request. The chicken kabob wrap was delicious!

This is a family run business from what I can tell. I support locally run businesses so I have a bit of a bias here. I had the falafel sandwich when I was here. It tasted pretty good. Tasted authentic. Dining area was clean and gives you a homely feeling and the people their are friendly. If you’re normally in the area, I would definitely try this place out. Happy eating.

Really good! My husband had roast beef and I had the CA on sourdough. We both loved it. The atmosphere is homey and the owners are adorable.

In today’s world of fast food franchises, it nice to find a place that still does things the right way: quality ingredients, hand made food and great customer service. Sima and her husband are there every day, greeting their customers with a smile and serving the best food around. I highly recommend it!

Lazy, crappy service caused me major inconvenience tonight. I placed an order thinking that my son would have food while babysitting delivered. Oops guess not thanks to horrible service and lack of consideration. Guess They don’t care to lose a customer for life. I placed an order via Grub tonight. Half hour later, got call back saying this restaurant called them to cancel my order because they were closing early for the night. I guess making one more order they promised to make was not worth their reputation or the loss of this customer for life.

This place is great for anyone working in the area. The older Greek couple who run the place are extremely friendly. I always come here for the Greek food. Their hummus is great along with the chicken kebab sandwich. They get really busy around noon, like most of the lunch spots around miramar, but the line moves quickly. I love sitting outside with a beer or glass of wine. Great lunch spot.

Delivery ordered for the office. One order was missing, the Lamb Gyro… I got the Philly Cheesestake and I enjoyed it. The chicken in the Marinated Chicken Kabob wasn’t that great. Seemed like it wasn’t marinated. I wish I could say positive things but I can’t. They forgot an order after I verified the number of items and they confirmed it reading it back to me. Sad. I had high hopes. I would recommend this place, just don’t do delivery maybe. Only had 6 orders.

This is a little hole in the wall spot that looks like it’s family owned and operated. The old couple in the front(I think the owners) were really friendly and the food is good! I had the gyro and it came with a good amount of meat and it tasted authentic and homemade. My husband had the bacon cheeseburger and it was huge and really good too. If you’re looking for a good place for lunch and don’t care for fabulous décor then this is your spot!

Seriously, go try the Gyro’s wrap. One of the best wraps I’ve ever had, filling and super tasty.

I’ve been coming to Simas for a few years now. I’ve tried a number of their sandwiches, and have always been happy with the results. Pricing is a little on the high side for what you get in return, but not by too much. I recommend you ask if they can custom make something that’s not exactly on the menu if you like something a certain way. I’m sure they’ll accommodate you like they did me. Thanks.

I like this family run place. You are not going to get much fancy food here, but you will get some good home cooking and some family well placed ideas. For lunch, I had their gyros wrap in a spinach wrap with feta, onions, tomatoes, a house sauce, and of course, crispy gyros meat. The wrap was good and on the chubby side which was good( ). The wrap came filled with tender and crispy flavorful gyros meat and a very good yogurt sauce that surrounded the meat very well( ). Everything tasted great, including the onions, Romain lettuce, and tomatoes, but specifically the spinach wrap, that not only tasted great, but had a good elasticity too( ). The wrap came with a generous amount of salty feta cheese, which I love in a good wrap. The couple who normally run and own the place are here to serve and provide you with an enjoyable meal. They were both very friendly and conversed in good conversation. A great place to pick up a quick breakfast or lunch on the go…

I come here at least twice a week for a tuna sandwich. Sometimes I feel like George Costanza with my tuna on toast usual order, but who cares! Tuna is good and their tuna sandwich is delicious. I’m always greeted with a smile and my sandwich is always in my hands in a timely manner. I’ve also enjoyed their chicken salad with walnuts(and cranberries?). It’s not tuna, but it was pretty, pretty, pretty good. I’m currently«The Duchess» of Sima’s so that kind of makes me The Duchess of Tuna and I’m not sure if I’ve ever accomplished anything I’ve been more proud of.

Getting off early from work, I needed to find a place that would ease the grumbles in my tummy. I wanted to try something different and had heard about Sima’s from a coworker. It looks like a mom and pop shop. The décor a little date, but it was really clean. The man working the register is not a smily type of guy, but he ain’t mean either. I ordered the cheese steak, fries, and soda combo. He gave me a number and I went to my seat. They were playing some type of soap opera on this big TV they had in the room. That kept me entertained, but I didn’t have to wait long. The cheese steak sandwich came out PIPING hot, which was really nice. The cheese was nice and gooey and the flavors were pretty decent. The fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, but they weren’t salted. I remedied the situation with the ketchup they brought out with my meal. Overall, the meal was decent and I’d like to return and try one of the many other things they had on the menu.
