Purchased a $ 40 plan through Frye’s Electronics along with cell phone. Had to return for gas money. Frye’s would only refund $ for phone and told me they wouldn’t refund $ 40 air time through SIM mobile. I called the SM 800 # and their rep told me they don’t do refunds. I explained that I’m homeless and needed gas $. The SM Rep was very rude and didn’t really care about my situation. He sent me a generic email the next day saying it was a pleasure doing business with me and if there was anything he could help me with to feel free to contact their customer service department at any time. Steer clear of this shady company. You’ve been warned.
