I started with Janet in the mid-​90s and I had NO skills as a performer. I had nice tone as a singer but my pitch was off. Janet taught me how to sing in pitch and gave me many opportunities to sing in her many groups and even singing telegrams (which terrified me).
Since then I’ve been in two highly successful 80s bands and lived a dream of performing in countless clubs, weddings, and corporate events. I would never have been able to do that without Janet’s help and guidance.

I have been a professional performer for the past 20 years. I’ve taken vocal training from many different instructors all over California and Florida. Janet is by far the best of anyone I’ve ever worked with. She makes you stretch and never makes you self conscious when learning new techniques. She works very hard to help you to achieve full belt in all ranges and kindly steers you away from excuses.
We now live almost 1000 Miles away from each other. But when ever she’s in the SF Bay Area, I schedule time for myself and my band mates to get a tune up with her.
She’s truly amazing.
