This dealership comports itself with all of the oleaginous, underhanded characteristics that are consistently associated with used-​car lots. They are good at pretending to be honest and straightforward. Do not fall for this or their other myriad cheap psychological sales tactics.
The management is rude and condescending while attempting to sound high-​minded and sincere.
They employ the ubiquitous bait-​and-​switch maneuver and seem to be oblivious of the many ways in which both their sales rep’s body language, tone, and diction are meant to subtly engender feelings of inadequacy in the buyer. However, the true intention of their offensive psychological tactics is obvious.
For example: they will insult you by insinuating that you cannot afford a certain vehicle with the hopes that you react to their accusations of not being good enough for or being able to afford a certain vehicle with the desire to prove them wrong and thus pony up more funds than are necessary for their poorly maintained, damaged cars. They subtly put you down so that your desire for the car and desire to prove them wrong grows. This is just one of their many manipulations. They are two-​bit dishonest sales people masquerading as upright family-​men.
They will not allow you to test drive the vehicle, promise that they will stand by the car should something be constitutionally defective and repair it if it becomes noticed within a week or so, they tack on fees and «packages» that are insubstantial and vague and they treat their vehicles poorly.
These observations just «scratch the surface» or their iniquity. If only the only issues with their cars were mere scratches on the surface… do not purchase your vehicle from them.

I had to repair my car again at Larry’s automative service and I’ve come to find out the wrong battery was put in and the coolant is wrong as well. Larry also told me Siry tires to sell cars that have a lot of problems with them…

Never bought a car here but I have seen several cars online then went to see them in person and what they advertised vs what the cars look like in person is garbage. They sell crap auction vehicles scratched up. Dented. Shotty repaired bumpers and fenders. Faded leather interior they put some quick armorall on to make it look new until the treatment runs out its too late for unsuspecting buyer. The average person wouldn’t notice these things. Buyer beware and do yourself a favor bring a car savvy person with you to look at cars and have a mechanic inspect before you sign anything

Negative if possible! These guys sold me a broken car at a premium price. First off i was tricked by their contract, i negotiated a lower price but they tacked on an extra rim and tire fee for some scracted up and half bald tires. Next a week later all my check engine lights come on and my catalytic converter is now bad but they can fix it for 800 dollars. Then i find out my heater vents dont even work, more money. The premium audio video system that was in the car, a major upsell point also doesnt work! Managers wont help with anything, class A scam artist scum bags! Ohnya they also jacked up my dmv registration costing me more money too.

Saw their ad on craigslist stating competitive and affordable prices. I called to get a quote for rear brakes and rotors on my Jaguar (2003). I nearly choked when they quoted $ 575. Yes I know German car fancy name but please this model type was made by Ford, took it to John Hine Mazda got it done for $ 180.

This is far underrated with the ratings already on here. I’ve been going to Siry since 2011 and would never go anywhere else. Fadi and Sal are the best! They are so patient and always willing to find a way to explain things in the lay terms of car language. These employees are friendly and always prompt in getting back to you. There is never any pressure to buy something and I highly recommend Siry!

Siry will not only install StarGuard on your vehicle and throw it into the price afterwards without asking. They will also do a poor job of it. I’m at a mechanic right now because of alarm issues caused by their bad install. Also, I would be willing to bet any car in their Parking lot that has been present for more than a few months, has never been started or cleaned. So they may need to jump the battery to get it running for a test drive. I know from experience. They do not touch the cars in the lot until someone commits to buy it. No matter how many spider webs are on it. Not even a rinse. They do not care about quality only quantity of sales. And finally, the manager with 2 teeth will come out during negotiations and try to buy your car for an «average» price instead of the blue book value even if the car is in absolute mint condition. Force them to give you the full value or walk out on them. Don’t play their games. They ARE the stereotype placed on car salesman.

So I went here to get myself a nice used car. The people at the time of my purchase were all great and what not. So I ended up buying a 2006 ford fusion. Total cost just a little over $ 10,000. With I was fine with. I had the car for about a month now and let me tell you some of my horror stories so far. With in 3 weeks of ownership of this car I had a bad catalytic converter and alternator. Which I’ll give them the credit when credits do. The fixed it for free. But that’s not the end there. What made this a 10 grand car was the 2 grand the dealership version of «premium rims and tires»… now these premium rim and tires are crome and might I say the shittiest crome rims ever made. So a month into owning this car I start getting flat tires. So i go to the tire shop and guess what they tell me. The reason why I’m getting flats is because the crome is piling off and making the bead of the tire pop out causing the flats. So needless to say I when I called them and told them about that all they said was well talk it over with management and get back to you. Yeah right that’s not going to be happening any time soon. .so my advice to anyone looking for a car and end up a any siry auto group. Look over every inch of that car…

I went to look at a car today, the Audi S4 all the way from LA to San Diego. They gave us the worse customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. I asked the individual that I wanted to text the car. He straight out said «NO». I was like «Im not gonna buy a car without test driving it». Then he replied with «we need to know for if you can offer this car before we test it. My friend and I looked at each other with a weird face. I then said «i wouldn’t drive 100 miles to just come test a car and not be able to buy it». We just left. In other words! they really suck. Oh… and BTW they told me when arrived that the car was in an accident. Which i guess they couldn’t tell me when i called them before.

Buyer beware. Siry sold me a car that they said was in a minor accident. I took them for their word only to find out it had frame damage. The car was a nightmare for a year and a half so I got rid of it. I found that out when I traded the car in and received several thousand under the stated value due to the frame damage. By law, they do not need to tell you there was frame damage. Make sure it has a clean title before buying and do not let them tell you any accident is minor.

Tricky and pompous… Asked me how much I wanted to pay for a monthly payment. I told them, then the salesman took me to a car which he refused to give me the price on. Turns out later, the car I was looking at was priced far less than I would’ve paid had I paid the monthly payment I had stated I’d like to pay. I don’t trust these guys at all.

They have nice cars but the prices are to high. And there customer service is not good at all. The sale people over there are really pushy which I didn’t like much. And the car that I was interested in was in previous accident but they don’t tell u about it tell u see the carfax. Just watch out when you are over their looking for a car.

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I went there to look at a bmw 328i it was way overpriced and they would not come down at all on there price. They gave me a fair pricme the e on my trade however they told me to take it to carmax to see what they would offer me if it was more they said they would match it and when they offered the same price as Siry Auto Group they tried to take back there offer and told me we would only have a deal if I brought them a check from Carmax. I’m not going to go do paperwork at two different places when you just told me you would give me the exact same as my trade in and now your trying to take back the trade in appraisal? What a joke! Don’t waste your time you can find the same exact car for a better price down the street who’s willing to work with you.

— 1^st visit:
I test drove the car. The turn signals did not work. I tried to negotiate the price, but got an «out-​of-​the-​house» offer that was much worse than it would have been had I payed the displayed price and everything else by myself.
— 2^nd visit:
I brought my friend’s OBD diagnostics tool — once bitten, twice shy! Diagnostic: the gas injection seemed to have a problem. I talked to the mechanic, but did not get a satisfying answer. After asking around, my conclusion was: the car will probably consume more gas than specified. I tried to negotiate again, but without success. A couple of days later, I got called back from Siry. In the meantime I had seen on the internet that the car’s price had been reduced by $ 1000. I told the salesperson, but he was not aware of the price reduction. I showed him, and he asked me to come visit again for a new negotiation.
— 3^rd visit:
New negotiation. I finally succeeded in getting the price I wanted and bought the car. I was offered an «all-​inclusive, out-​of-​the-​house» price and was told that I would not have to pay any further charges.
— 4^th visit:
One month after buying the car, I was called to pick up the vehicle registration. Surprise: I needed to pay additional $ 85 for the registration, since it «had been too optimistically estimated» in my offer. I was simply speechless!

I love this place. My husband and I bought our last car here and because of the great service and loving our car we went back for another car! Now we won’t go anywhere else. Not only do they treat us like family… They also try to beat the deal they give us from the time before! Paul is always completely honest about every question we ask about each car. They also offered us the option of taking the car to a mechanic to double check everything if we want, which we did. Thanks for giving us such a great experience each time we come. We will keep coming back.

I bought a car here. My fault. My mistake. I won’t do that again. Ever. Stay away from this place! They hit you with a bunch of add ons and mark them way up like the security! Almost 2000 $ and the system went out twice leaving me stranded and the car rendered useless. I still have the car and it’s going through problems left and right. I just got the AC fixed on it. Thanks siry! For nothing.

We went to the Kearny Mesa location because they listed that they had 2 King Ranch Edition Ford F150s.
If you’re not familiar with the King Ranch Editions, they have special badging, distinctive saddle leather seats, and alloy wheels with the King Ranch logo. They are loaded with options.
We get there and we’re standing next to two F150 XLTs with steel wheels and hub cabs and cloth interiors… and the salesman is insisting that they are King Ranch F150s.
They were also priced like King Ranch F150s, about $ 3000 over what they should have been.
So, they’re either ignorant or deliberately misrepresenting the cars they’re selling. Someone who doesn’t know any better will be robbed. I would recommend verifying the VIN number of any car you’re looking at with the manufacturer to ensure that you’re getting everything that you’re paying for.
I’ve also reported them to the State of California.

Its funny how I wrote a review on this place, obviously negative, and now its no longer here.
Not that I need to repeat it again but YOU GUYS ARE CROOKS!
I bought my 2005 Chevy Uplander from you a little over a year ago, we are now dealing with so many issue with the van its unreal, struts, rods, AC compressor, electrical, rotors, radiator, and so on. I get it; its a 2005 and used but after having some of these issues fixed and every mechanic telling us that the van had been in a serious front end collision with obvious frame damage which was causing these issues to happen. They said the frame wasn’t even repaired properly!
What happen to the dealers responsibility to tell a customer about frame damage? Had we know this we would have NEVER bought this vehicle!

I went into Siry last week (Aug 2013) to look at an Infiniti QX56 I saw on Craigslist. The service was good. They came out and greeted me as they were expecting me. I test drove the SUV and loved it. It was an 06 so I expected normal 7 year wear and tear, and it looked good with only a couple minor interior flaws. Since there were only a few minor things wrong I decided to move forward. We went in and got amazing finance rate and were looking to trade in my 07 Ford Edge. They said they would match or beat Carmax so I went and got an appraisal. When I came back they said they couldn’t beat the Carmax price and I’d have to go sell my Edge to them and come in with cash. Also, not the end of the world but still shows that they don’t stand by their word.
In the beginning of the sale I asked why such a nice car with such low miles was priced so cheap ($ 20,999) all other QX’s with 60,000 miles I looked at were around $ 26,000. I let them know it raised a red flag and that’s why I wanted Infinity to check out the car. They gave me their schpeel about being family owned and assured me that their full service on site mechanic checks out every aspect of the cars before selling… blah blah but I still had the car inspected.
After we got the finance rate we liked I took the car over to Kearny Mesa Infinity to have it checked out. I had to pay the $ 140 but I though it would be worth is as they sell all their cars «as is». THANK GOD I DID!!!
After a thorough inspection from infinity they found around $ 6000 of things that needed to be fixed including a $ 2900 engine oil leak thay they estimared as a
21 hour fix, a $ 2000 intelligent cruise control fix and the rear seat belts didn’t retract properly.
The manager assured me that the power train warranty would cover all this, not the case per Infinity.
After I told Siry I wouldn’t be moving forward unless they fixed all the main issues of concern, the manager got noticeably irritated and told me that Infiniti was trying to scare me out of buying a used car. I found this funny as Infinity didn’t know who the dealer was and they didn’t even have any on the lot to sell me.
AND THE CLINCHER…
I know shady stuff went on at used car lots but never could imagine this! After the sale fell through they RAISED the price from $ 20,999 to $ 22,999 the very same day!!! Maybe they fixed the issues, but highly doubtful seeing as how Infinity estimated it as a 21 hour fix.
Anyway, good service when they think they have the sale, horrible, vulgar, unprofessional service after. AND THEY WERE TRYING TO SELL ME A CAR WITH A MINIMUM OF $ 6000 WORTH OF NECESSARY FIXES!!!
Just hope any other potential buyers read this before purchasing from them and get the car inspected!!!
ps — I drove to Infiniti Tustin and found a 100x nicer one for $ 2000 less with no problems!!!

I stopped to look at a porsche 911 that was sitting right out front on their lot. Once I walked around the lot, I saw a nice bmw that I liked as well.
Many of their cars were very high mileage.
When I was ready to take a quick test drive in my soon to be new car, the finance guy tells me that they have a policy that none of their cars can be taken for a test drive without first coming to agreement on the price.
So I left.
I did get a picture of the car I wanted… And, now I have one slightly nicer being transferred down on a Carmax truck. I hated the idea of carmax, but at least they are not so stupid s to deny people test drives…
If they are afraid their car being driven on the road will affect the sale, then I would not recommend anyone buy from these guys.
