I used to think I had an idea about what I needed for personal computer needs. However, as I have gotten older and my focus has shifted to my business, I have been unable to keep track of changes in the industry. So when it came time for an upgrade to my office computer, I turned to Skyline IT. Christopher and James have been extremely resourceful and understanding of my law firms’ computer needs. They are always an email and phone call away and have been amazing as I transition to a new office computer and cloud based server. I highly recommend them to any business who needs compassionate and understanding professionals.

Skyline IT Services is the best IT company in San Diego. My company is small, and has had good success in the past finding IT talent. However, those good people eventually grow their own businesses and need to hire junior talent. As the small account, we never get the senior level technicians and problems ensue.
This has not been the case with Skyline IT Services. From top to bottom they have a class-​act organization with outstanding talent through and through.
In our most recent transition period from the lone super-​star talent, we decided to go with a big company. Corporate Technologies seemed great; too good to be true in fact. The short of it is we were left in a HUGE bind, but thankfully we found Skyline to come in and handle everything. Not only were they able to help us dodge the quagmire Corporate Tech almost stuck us in, but Skyline proved to be an exceptional company with outstanding service.
As the defacto (i.e. young) IT person at my company, I’ve been able to transition the work to Skyline’s technicians. Now if you’ve ever dealt with your typical, «IT guy», then you know the good technically capable ones are often lacking the social skills required to provide good service. With Skyline, they have technicians that have the experience, skill, AND social quotient to deal with the myriad of personalities and skill levels of the employees at my company.
When my coworkers first interacted with the people at Skyline, I’ve received nothing but positive feedback. They raved about how quickly Skyline responds to their needs, how friendly they are while doing it, and how thoroughly the problems are solved.
It’s been amazing and I highly recommend them to your business.

Skyline IT did a great job helping me out. I needed to have my laptop updated so everything configured properly. They were able to get it running faster and also updated programs/​drivers. I was able to drop it off and then pick it up later that morning (scheduled around an appointment I had nearby). I have saved a tremendous amount of time since everything runs smoother now that they helped. I highly recommend Skyline for your IT needs.

Overall, I would rate my experience with Skyline IT Services among the best service experiences I’ve ever had. I spoke with Christopher about specific needs and concerns I had with my internet, computer and mobile device and he coordinated one of his associates to come to my business to handle the issues. Andy, the «computer guy» was very friendly and worked very efficiently. He helped clear out unneeded files on my computer so that it could run faster. He was able to free up 2GB of memory. He recommended to get an external hard drive to accommodate more space. Andy also was able to setup my email correspondence in the Mail application on my MacBook Air as well as my iPhone. I’ve been trying to figure how to do that forever and he did it in minutes! In regards to optimizing the internet connection at my business, Andy explained the different options very clearly and simply and shared the solution that he thought was best for the situation. Christopher and Andy at Skyline IT Services understood my particular needs, answered all my questions, proactively communicated with me and recognized and appreciated me as a customer. I will definitely support Skyline again for my future IT needs.

As a San Diego website construction company, we depend on our computers to work well. There are few things worse for a business owner than that moment of utter despair and frustration when your business comes to a hault because your computers aren’t functioning property. I am a business owner in San Diego, and Skyline IT Services is invaluable to my business. Their team is knowledgeable, reliable, fast and they have great customer service. My computer had been overrun with a replicating virus that after a couple of minutes used 65% to 80% of my CPU and slowed my work to a crawl, not counting the wear on the machine. I had already run 3 different anti-​virus programs, all to no avail when I called Andy and yelled Help!
Within 40 minutes Andy located the initiating virus, cleaned my machine of about 100 other pieces of crap that was in the drive (and I run Semantic so these are all items that got past that stupid program) and not only is my problem fixed, but with those tracking files gone my computer is running faster.

I definitely recommend Skyline IT Services. My company had some issues with a couple of our computers, and since we have already received excellent service from them before, I was not surprised they were able to come through again. The team there is not only fast, reliable, and knowledgeable, but they’ve always been really friendly and easy to work with. We had an issue with our office server — we thought it was a virus because we had some issues lately that we were trying to take care of. It got beyond our knowledge and eventually we couldn’t fire up our computer. Thinking the virus killed our system and hoping that our backups were happening as they should and were not infected as well we contacted Chris and he sent Andy out to take a look. After a day, turns out it was a hard drive failure not a virus. They installed a new drive and restored our backup and thankfully nothing was lost and we were back up and running quickly. I needed IT support for some crashed hard drives that I used for my business services in San Diego. I went to Skyline IT Services and they promptly took care of my problem. My hard drives were replaced and they even did so under the manufacturers warranty. A great company to do business with, I highly recommend them!

San Diego’s première IT Service! I love this company and the staff is amazing. I have had the pleasure of working with Geoff, Andy and Chris on numerous occasions! Not only are they awesome at their job, their customer service is great.
