So my total was $ 5.70
I was told there would be a $.50 charge for using my debit card.
When I went to sign my recipe it was $ 6.30
I said, I thought you said $.50 cent not $.60…
He said, thank you have a good day!
Was not in the moor to argue over $.10 but just imagine how many customers get charged an additional $.10 in a day… That can be a lot of money!

The owner is super nice and helpful! He’s always welcoming and answering any hookah question I have. I enjoy shopping here… and I plan on continuing to stop in.
Wish it was closer to home, but I never mind the drive with the awesome service!

Horrible customer service, my husband and I walked in 15 mins to closing one night after dinner. The guy working, came out of the back, on the phone; Rude; said: «what do u need» not Hello, can I help you find something. No customer service skills what so ever! I then asked him what time did he close? He said now. But yet the door was open and the open sign was on. I told him he was rude and needed to work on his customer service skills. I think it’s important that everyone knows how rude, poor and upsetting the service was! DO NOT BUY HERE! RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!!

A few days ago I stopped by this Smoker’s Outlet looking for my favorite tobacco, that my local store just stopped carrying and I just can NOT find anywhere else. I went by at about 7PM, and pulled up to the store and I saw the OPEN sign lit up so I went to go in and the door was locked. I knocked & looked inside but nothing… So I Googled the store’s phone number and called, and after the 5^th or 6^th ring a guy answered and told me that he was in the back doing paper work and that he’d be out IN A FEW MINUTES (Should’ve been right away). So, knowing I had no alternative if I wanted to get my tobacco, I waited another 10 minutes until the guy came and unlocked the door. When he came out of the back office he was on his cell phone, and stayed on it after he unlocked the door and let me in. This would be excusable if it was a quick business call but it took another five minutes (of awkward eye-​contact) until I literally interrupted him and told him I was waiting on him for him to hang up. I told him what i wanted was behind the counter and he grabbed it and rang me up. I asked him, «Hey man, I’m not trying to be a dick here but you just made me wait like 20 minutes to get something that should’ve taken 2 minutes, can you give me any sort of discount?» And he began arguing with me telling me that I didn’t wait 20 minutes. An argument which he lost when I reminded him I had to research the phone number of his business because no one was answering the door. He then told me, «Yeah, whatever then. (Rolled his eyes) No tax».
I walked out of that store very pissed off at this guys customer service. I also had to teach him about the tobacco and that there’s different strengths and flavors. Pretty obvious stuff.

I had Bought a cheap-​o vape stick from here before (spider brand) and the man behind the counter gave me a small discount with it since I bought a lot of other things that day as well :)
So I went back the other day and got myself a small pink (super cute) hookah. I don’t know If it was the same man from before but the employee was very helpful helping me find the sheesha I wanted.
They’re prices are reasonable so that’s a plus. It was $ 22 for my hookah, $ 10 for my watermelon starbuzz tobacco, $ 2.99 for starbuzz coal, and I also got myself some incense sticks which were priced at 7 sticks for $ 1. He did discount the price of the coal for me and just gave it to me for free :)
I wish he would have given me the tobacco for free Instead haha, But hey a deal is a deal.
They have tons of lighters, ashtrays, and of course cigars (there’s a separate room in the back for that). This is definitely a cool place to swing by if you are into these things.

One of mine and my husbands favorite smoke shops! Tons of hookah flavors, including our two favorite brands, Fumaris and Fantasia.

Probably the largest humidor you’ll find in this area. Average prices, but a great selection of cigars and accessories! They’ll even go out of their way to order what you’re looking for. Very clean and professional!
