This Sprint store is absolutely outstanding! Been to Carmel Mtn and had the worst experience trying to fix my bill, did not even get a greeting from there. Then I found this store and was helped by Diego to figure out the bill, then made an offer to lower my bill. I received my first bill with the new plan, and new phones and was very pleased with what this store and Diego did for me. Went back and picked up a tablet, still less than what I paid before Diego helped me. This store and the staff are fantastic, new or existing customers, I recommend this store.

Sprint stores in the past have been infamous for the(lack of) customer service. I came in just wanting to inquire about pricing and see how it compares to T-Mobile, I ended up leaving with new phones and a brand new iPad! Their new pricing is very competitive and gave me a lot of bang for my buck. Ricardo was very friendly and informative, but to be honest, the whole staff is top notch. In the end, their rates and promotions were too good to not switch. Couldn’t be happier to be a brand new Sprint customer!

Why I switched to Sprint? The deals that they offer are unbeatable! Cut your rate plan in half and IPhone Forever promo is the best wireless deal right now. Sprint Representative Ray R. went above and beyond my customer service expectations. I highly recommend asking for him when you decide to «make the switch.» Ray is very knowledgeable, super helpful and very patient with my never ending questions. Yes, I’m that kind of customer! The store is clean, has a great location and they have the best and latest name brand cellphones you are looking for. There’s a lot of parking available and most of all, the representatives here are the BEST!

I’m rating the customer service and store: Just broke my Galaxy and came in to check options, I was greeted when I walked in and the place was clean and organized! i was helped by RICARDO who was textbook perfect. He never tried to sell me anything just thoroughly informed me to make a decision and my options! I was considering getting out of my FRAMLYPLAN and switching to AT&T as well but decided to stick it out a little longer. i ended up with a new Phone that I love plus new hope for Sprint. Thanks again!

Worst service and shouldn’t be in business. They sold me a charger that wouldn’t charge. After I purchased the wall charger, I went to Starbucks to work and have my iPhone charge for 4 hrs but to my surprise, it did only charged about 10% within the entire 4 hrs. I brought the charger back on the same day but they wouldn’t take it back and assured me it was Starbucks outlet not having enough current. Ok. I left and came home and charged it at my house over night. Of course, the defective wall charger only charge my phone over night half way. I brought it back again and they kept saying I need to try another outlet at home. And so, I left the store and tried again and of course, it doesn’t work. And so I left the charger in my car so I can stop by the store to return it once and for all thinking I’m within the 30 days policy which I was… but found out their policy is just 14 days. They refused to exchange or give me a refund after staying there for 15 mins waiting for them to find a solution. It’s such a waste of time. I just left the charger and receipt there and walked away. It’s not worth my time and energy. I will never ever go here again or recommend anyone to come here.

I’m only giving a 1 star for the excellent service I received last Friday when I bought my iPhone, but when I went there again today to buy a new iPhone for my son(it was his birthday), I was not happy with the way things transpired. 1. I was told I would get a call in 30 minutes when the iPhone was transferred from their Poway store. 2. After an hour I called the store and was told to wait another 15 minutes. 3. I called the Poway store and they had no knowledge whatsoever of an IPHONE being transferred! 4. The person I talked to at the Poway store recommended I call another store. She didn’t sound too friendly. 5. The guy said at the third store that they had the iPhone we needed. After hitting the road the guy called back saying the iPhone I needed was the last one and it was reserved for someone else. In Summary, I was totally given the runaround; not very good customer service. So, ended up with no product. No service.

I’ve been in this store several times(it’s right next door to one of my favorite neighborhood sushi Joints — Kappa!) and I’ve actually had really good experiences. The last few times I’ve been there though, there have been some whiny characters huffing and puffing toward the sales staff. JUST A HEADSUPTOALLCUSTOMERS: THEMOREOFANASSYOUACTLIKE, THELESSLIKELYTHEYWILLACTUALLYWANTTOHELPYOU. Do you people have any idea how miserable jobs like these can be? Do you remember how awful that retail gig was, or how terrible your first job at a fast food joint was? Hell, if you have ever worked in sales, retail, or any service based industry you can remember how AGONIZING it was just to get through the day. Therefore, the best thing you can do, is do what your momma told you: treat these people with a level of respect. Understand that they’re not some magical unicorn mobile service fairy and that they can’t make what you want to happen happen if it’s not within their scope of responsibilities. Furthermore, phone companies are notorious for trying to screw us over, and they leave the front-of-the-line sales reps to deal with their disgruntled customers. You think these sales reps are secretly meeting in the back of the store plotting how to piss customers off? CUSTOMERSCOMEINPISSEDOFFLITERALLYALLDAYLONG. In short, a little kindess and empathy, and this cool thing called«ASKINGNICELY» goes a long way. I’ve never had any problems with the employees here. And it’s probably just because I treated them like ACTUALPEOPLE.

Sprint stores are notoriously poor I find. The staff don’t seem to know their products or their fees. Either that or they choose to keep dumb about them. I’ve been in this store 4 or 5 times and always left disappointed. I went in there 3 weeks ago to reactivate a phone. They had me sign and then afterwards told me there was an activation fee, so I had them cancel and walked out. If they’d been upfront about it I probably would have paid it. I found out later that AAA members don’t pay activation and they didn’t even mention it. Last week my son added a phone. They specifically told him there were no more charges additional to the $ 71 he paid with his debit card. Of course they then invoiced an activation fee. I queried it and they held firm then changed their mind saying it was an upgrade fee. The same thing as with me, they slid the extra fee in there without a word. Sharp practices if you ask me.

In July, my girlfriend and I went into the Sprint store in Scripps Ranch(located at 9870 Hibert St.), in hopes to save some money by adding her to my phone plan. When we arrived, we were greeted by a young man who later identified himself as the acting manager. I asked him how much my bill would go up to each month if I added her to my plan and if she got the same phone as me(HTC Evo). My bill prior to adding her was 79.99 per month, he stated that my bill would go up to 129.99 per month. We then decided to discuss it among ourselves and go to best buy to look at their phone selection as well. We also discussed adding my phone line to her plan with T-mobile for 99.98 per month for a similar unlimited plan, but due to the fact that I receive a discount on my bill with Sprint that would make it 18% less than the quoted rate of 129.99 and the fact that my girlfriend liked the phone options better with Sprint, we decided to go back to the Sprint store on Hibert St. When we got back to the store we were handed off to a salesman by the acting manager we had gotten the quote from earlier. The new salesman told us in order to proceed we would need to cancel my girlfriend’s cell service with T-mobile. He handled that for us, once the line was disconnected, he then presented us with the contract. It was folded in half, he unfolded it and told us were we would need to sign. As I was about to sign I realized that it was stating that my bill would be 149.99 per month and not the 129.99 that we were quoted by the acting manager from the start. I asked the salesman if this was a mistake, he called over the acting manager and he proceeded to tell me that the 20.00 dollar difference was due to a 10.00 data charge for each phone. I was immediately infuriated as he knew from the begining that I already had a phone that required the 10.00 charge and that my girlfriend wanted the same phone. I demanded that he give us the rate that he quoted us earlier, he stated that was not possible. As a salesperson myself i was appalled to see these type of tactics being used. Not only did he lie to us from the begining and waste hours of our time he purposely didn’t disclose his lie until after we had canceled her cell phone service. We were left with very few options, we told the salesman we would like to reinstate the service on her phone with t-mobile. He stated that he didn’t know how to do that. Left with no options we signed the paperwork and left the store in disgust. I brought this up on multiple occasions with sprint customer service, without so much as a simple apology.

I’ve been to this store several times. Twice, I’ve been ignored while a person walking in after me receives assistance.
