Haven’t had the best experience with this Starbucks location. I usually get a bagel with cream cheese in the morning and 3⁄5 times they’ve burnt my bagel. The drinks are done right, but some of the staff haven’t been too friendly in my experience. Even asking for a straw is scary sometimes. I prefer to go to the Carmel Mountain Ranch Starbucks but if I’m short on time I end up getting my fix here.

It’s starbucks so there isn’t much I can say. They all have the same stuff. Which I enjoy! This particular starbucks, I haven’t had great experiences. The staff isn’t all that nice. I have been in here multiple times and have experienced different people and it’s the same with all of them. Sucky attitudes. That is all. Good luck.
