The dude made my coffee wrong and said he was going to remake it and then just took off on break and didn’t tell anyone. They were packed and they just kept making other peoples coffees.

Great location for airport traffickers. The staff is awesome! However, the place is a smaller shop and all the seat/tables were full with Über/taxi drivers :(if you want to sit and enjoy a moment you might want to check into another Starbucks…

So I called in yesterday to place an order for two coffee travelers to be picked up at 0700 the next morning. I arrive the next morning to only have my coffee travelers not ready. The women behind the counter gives ME a an attitude and states someone tried to call to cancel and then told me I was called several times. Hmmmmm that’s funny because I never received a phone call nor did I try to cancel. I think she was lying. Terrible experience here! Will probably never come to this Starbucks again!

I came here with my friend after a nice luncheon for San Diego Restaurant week at Tom Ham’s Lighthouse. My first impression of this store was good. It was clean and open. There is outdoor seating as well with large umbrellas. The two male baristas here were great! They had a brief convo with an older gentleman before me. I didn’t mind it because they were genuinely having a conversation. I was next to order and the barista displayed great customer service. He took my order and joked around a bit. *thumbs up* Side note: A cute barista was working. teehee

One of my favorite Starbucks! Friendly staff and plenty of room to enjoy your coffee. Outdoor seating is available to get some sun or work away.

At about 1:30 this afternoon Barista Wes provided me with very good service. As I sipped my coffee I observed him providing excellent service to the other guests as well. Good with eye contact, having a smiling friendly face, and equally important providing quick service — he’s no slow poke! I look forward to enjoying coffee here again, though it is not exactly in my neighborhood. But I’ll stop in if I’m over that way. I walked over to the counter and dropped off some additional tip money. He earned it!

Currently sitting alone waiting for my cousin. I don’t live in the San Diego area but this Starbucks has good customer service! The hostess and the bartenders were both polite and greeted the incoming customers.

I have never had a starbucks within walking distance, I usually have to drive! The customer service is quick and sometimes friendly. I never had any problems with my order since my orders are usually simple. Parking can sometimes be tough since it is a shared parking lot, but no complaints from me. I love this one specifically because of its location and has a good amount of outdoor seating! You get to enjoy your cup of happiness with a side of Sunny San Diego weather.

This is your typical commuter/grab and go type of Starbucks location, with limited indoor and outdoor seating. It is in close proximity to the Marriott Courtyard Liberty Station, and North Harbor Drive. Service has always been fast and courteous, just like you come to expect from any Starbucks.

This is currently my regular starbucks now. Its always nice to go into a place where they know you and even know your drink. These girls are always friendly no matter how busy it gets. I cant forget the gentlemen who work there as they have showed exceptional service.

It’s sort of hard to review a chain that is so widely popular and available around the world, but I’ll try. This location is fairly small and on a corner. It has no bathrooms and a small amount of indoor seating. It has a generous area outside with tables and few umbrellas. This is Southern California so sitting outside is almost always better anyway. The staff is generally friendly and what you expect at any time of day. They always seem energetic or at least happy to serve you and it doesn’t come off as forced. I recommend this location if you’re on the way to the airport and waiting to pick someone up from the airport. I drive for Über and this is my place of choice to get a quick cup before I start my day. P. S. I didn’t catch her name but the blonde girl is very nice. My Starbucks card on my phone would not scan at all despite it having money on it. We tried twice and after the second time she cheerfully told me my coffee would be «on us today.» Great customer service. Way to go guys.

I wanted to express my appreciation to the store manager Mr Donni at this branch regarding the exchange of my defected coffee mug with no questions asked. In fact one of the girls who was working on a early morning of Sunday the father’s day did it for me very nicely. I wish i could mention her name. But I did not get her name I wish the best for their business.

I have nothing against Starbucks as a whole– in fact I generally love it. But this location… Just no. We came in on a Sunday afternoon and it was rather slow. A line quickly built behind us as soon as we ordered our drinks. We always get our usual: soy chai. Nothing too crazy, right? Well the barista forgets the soy. Not a big deal at all, but he proceeds to say absolutely nothing to us, take the drinks, turn around, and literally throw them into the sink super pissed. Aaawkwaaard. When he finished making the drinks as we had ordered them, he slams them on the counter and walks away. So yeah that happened. I hate bad attitudes and I will happily skip this location for the rest of forever :))))

This is one of the better Starbucks locations in the San Diego area for several reasons. For one, it’s right on the harbor and has an airy, really natural atmosphere. It’s almost too breezy to be a Starbucks. There are other good qualities here as well, such as reasonably priced bananas and bottled water.(I don’t go to Starbucks for coffee — don’t worry, you’ll get over it.) And it was also funny to see the San Diego mugs. Once again, Starbucks has taken a page from Dunkin with the city-themed merch. Next thing you know Starbucks will start making donuts … if only it would just focus on making drinkable, coffee-flavored coffee. …

This is one of the nicer Starbucks locations I’ve been to in San Diego. The seating area outside is vast, so you can find a table outside on a nice day(which is pretty much everyday out here in Southern California). Don’t worry about parking either. It’s in Liberty Plaza with several other hot spots so finding a spot won’t be mission impossible. The staff has always been friendly, efficient, and speedy with my orders. I tend to come in on my way over to the Naval Base and the lines are never crazy or backing up out of the door. That helps when I’m on the go. There’s a real cozy feel to this one. Even though I make my own tea every morning, this Starbucks serves as a backup plan when I’m in a hurry.

This has been my «normal stop» for the last several months as I live over at the Navy ASW base across the way. The staff is always very nice — smiles go a long way regardless of the time of day! They keep it clean no matter how busy they get… Which happens a lot given the location across from a base, local housing, and an airport right up the road. Haven’t had a bad cup yet. Keep up the great work guys!

This was our first Starbucks stop off in San Diego for our weekend trip and it didn’t disappoint. Not only was the coffee consistent, but I found both a «San Diego» and«California» collectors mugs here to add to my collection! We have had hard times finding these mugs in some other cities so this was a strong win in my book to have it accomplished within a few hours of being in the city. The staff was friendly and my mocha came out tasty and quick — which is always a good thing. Overall: A Seemed like a popular local spot and tourist stop off.

I really enjoyed visiting this Starbucks location. The place had a nice open feel and friendly atmosphere. I ordered a Grande Pike’s Peak and one of their scrumptious morning buns.( ) A bun, I always have a hard time refusing. The Pike’s was very good. It was smooth with good aroma and had a good medium bodied flavor with a hint of acidity in the after taste. The morning bun was bliss. I got lucky because the girl behind the counter gave me one of the taller ones, yippee! After she warmed it up, I took a look at it, and well, look for yourself, the color and sugared exterior crust was awesome.( ) What makes a great morning bun, is when the sugary crusty exterior is cracked opened and the aromatic steam immediately bursts out leading into a warm moist chewy mouth watering interior.( ) Well, that is what I experienced with this morning bun. It was terrific, and I just wish they came in twice their size. The employees here were nice and speedy. The location has ample seating inside and out. Their wi-fi was also quite strong. I like buns… I know what you’re thinking.
