Steve has been nothing but awesome. We came to him a couple years ago with some out-​of-​state needs and a low employee count (less than 10 employees) and he outshone the other agents we received initial quotes from. Any questions I’ve ever had were answered within 24 hours & answered completely. If a call was needed, either him or his office would call right away. Nothing but good things to say, I owe Steve a lot!

Steve was absolutely great! He was so helpful, and able to get me much needed health insurance, even though others had said no way. I had missed the enrollment period and Steve thought outside the box, and was able to set me up with the insurance that my health group accepted. I’ve had other issues and Steve has always been so accessible and willing to help. Steve definitely deserves a 5 star rating across the board. If I could give him more stars, I would!

Great service. Exceptional professionalism. We inquired some information about insurance for our business, within a half an hour we received everything we need. Next day we received a reasonable quote for what we need. After payment we received confirmation same day. Everything went very quickly and stress free. I created this Unilocal account specifically to make this post. I have worked with «Mo» (a woman) at Steve Grady Insurance Services to find general liability insurance, and she’s awesome. Since my particular line of business is extremely difficult to insure, she eventually hit a dead end with her vendors, but she continued to send me ideas and leads even after she had no real prospect of getting paid herself. That’s A+ service.

Steve tells you what you want to hear, not the actual facts. He doesn’t understand the approval processes required with all of the insurance changes and over promises on what he can deliver. Go elsewhere for your insurance needs.

Awesome broker! Knowledgeable, personable, straight shooter… I’ve been so confused by the new health laws and unable to get through to a live person at my current insurer (shame on you, Blue Shield!). After trying to find Health insurance on our own from the internet, we started feeling a little overwhelmed, so a friend recommended getting a health insurance broker to help us out. With that advice we decided to start with Unilocal to search insurance brokers in San Diego and found Steve Grady Insurance with all 5 star reviews. So we decided to give him a call. We setup up an appointment with Jason, one of the brokers at the office. Later that week he came to our house with all the quotes and went over all the plans in great detail making sure we really understood what plan would work best for our family. He spent over 2 hours at the house helping getting the application filled out, and answering all of our questions along the way. I was only reminded to write this review when my boss asked me how his health insurance application was coming along. I said «wonderful, so easy, you’re all set!». He asked if his broker was helpful. I said «nope». I hated working with my boss’ broker so I Unilocaled a better insurance agency and this came up as the #1 recommendation. I am so happy it did and now I know why. Highly recommended. No BS, just clear answers.

I was having issues with getting in touch with my current insurance company & Steve helped me out with them. Then when I wanted to switch my insurance, Steve was super helpful and found us something that saved us a BUNCH of money. He actually suggested this one the first time around but I was stubborn.
