Steve Kaufman began his career recruiting mortgagee professionals in 2002. He quickly realized a passion for real estate and has been working in the mortgage industry ever since. During his 9 years of experience, Steve has shared his expertise to personally assist hundreds of families to become successful homeowners. Steve has an extensive background assisting first time homebuyers, high net worth borrowers, low-​to-​moderate income borrowers, self-​employed borrowers and investment borrowers. Steve has worked as a broker, banker, and direct lender specializing in Conventional, FHA, VA, and Jumbo residential loans.
