Meet the Business Owner

Shivani and Jana W.

Business Owner

A Northern California native, Shivani completed her undergraduate degree at University of California at Davis, and obtained her juris doctorate at University of California Hastings College of the Law. Studying foreign policy at Delhi University and later working for a law firm in Paris fueled both her career and passion for travel. She believes the best way to experience a city is to taste as much as possible, and then find a fun nightspot to dance it all away.

Jana visted two dozen states and ten countries before she was even able to enjoy a cocktail. Studying journalism & Spanish in Dallas, Texas at Southern Methodist University and communications at Regents University in London provided a gateway for more travel and the growth of a love for writing. She believes knowing the history of a place allows you to best experience its modernity.

Stiletto Escape was the perfect way to help plan, book, and execute my best friends bachelorette party. Shivani and Jana took all of the random ideas we had and were able to mold them into a cohesive and incredibly fun weekend getaway for our large group of girls. From the hotel, to the nail salon, to dinner, we felt confident that we were being completely taken care of and that nothing was being left to chance. I know that there is no way I could have put together such an amazing bachelorette party without the help of Stiletto Escape. I would HIGHLY recommend their planning expertise for any type of ladies trip you all are wanting to take!

Stiletto Escape is a company organized to plan events. They booked my Bachelorette Party for my bridesmaids and I in San Diego. We gave them an idea of what we were looking for and they planned the rest! Right down to the T! I had a group of 10 girls at my bachelorette party, and it would have been a nightmare to try to figure out what do to accommodate so many different personalities. They booked us a hotel, dinner, and special activity – at a very fabulous nail boutique in Coronado. They work well with your budget and know all the fabulous places to go that I would have never known about!

Jana & Shivani were extremely professional, considerate of our needs/​wants & provided us with some really creative options for dinning, hotels & activities that turned out to be a total blast. Shivani and Jana are a fantastic duo. I had been trying to organize a college dorm reunion with my best girlfriends for a couple months and was having difficulty finding the time to do it between working full-​time, extra-​curriculars and general life getting in the way! I heard of Stiletto Escapes through a friend who was trying to help me plan, who was also very busy, and we decided to give it a shot.
I was blown away by Jana and Shivani’s organization, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. We had one quick virtual meeting with them using Google Hangout and filled out a survey so they understood what we were looking for. They found us a great affordable hotel in the heart of SF, got us into a sold-​out hotel rooftop «Sky-​High» party with an open bar to watch the Blue Angels during fleet week, and provided an array of restaurant, nightlife, and transportation options for us. They neatly bundled all the research information into three separate package options so we could find one to fit our cost limitations and preferences.
The weekend was a great success, thanks to Stiletto Escapes. If you are on the fence, I would recommend you ask for a consultation… you won’t regret it!
