Ordered the Italian BMT footlong sandwich. It was good. The prices are a little more than I remember. I guess the best deals are their $ 5 daily specials. The employees were all friendly and the place was clean. There was no line at 11:30 am. There’s not many places in the area to choose from, so I’ll go back again.

If there was negative stars, I would picked that option. Terrible service! They all need to be fired and start with a new crew. I WILLNOTEVER eat here again.

My sister and I went there at around 5:30 p.m. The mgr was apparently on a break despite a long line and when asked to help he vanished to the back

How do run a Subway without any bread? That’s right I’m here to have a sandwich and all they have is flatbread. A 24HR store WTF

Always consistent when I come, not many options close by but a sandwich always hits the spot. Friendly people but other then that it’s a subway.

Horrible service and poorly run establishment! Almost every time I go here(I don’t know why I keep going back) it’s always busy because one of the employees is taking forever to either put veggies on the subs or they can’t figure out how to work the register. During my recent experience they had the slowest employee doing the veggies, because that makes sense right? That and there was absolutely no wheat or honey oat bread. Apparently they ran out and had to bake more. So do they not plan for people coming in and ordering subs on wheat or honey oat bread? Going back to the veggies for a second… I’ve also noticed that they usually skimp on the toppings too and the veggies are the cheapest part of the sandwiches!!! Would it really kill them to add a little more lettuce, olives, pickles, onions, tomatoes, or whatever you like to make the sandwich bigger and therefore customers happy? Unfortunately this is the closest subway to my house but it’s so bad I really need to find another one. It’s probably worth the extra drive to save some frustration.

This is the worst Subway I have ever been to. I have been many times and the store is always so dirty. The windows, floors, tables are so gross. I went his morning and they only thing they had was flatbread. Nothing else. I had to leave and by then did not have time to go anywhere else so my kids did not get breakfast. Once I was there and they had no straws. The employee went to the back to check and she said sorry no straws so I drank my soda while driving without a straw. I will not go back here again. Very dirty and never fully stocked!!!

Okay, national sandwich day for 2015 has come and gone. According to Subway Sandwich twitter page, any sandwich and a 30 ounce drink can be purchased for the promotion. I was so looking forward to buying a half foot sub & a 30 oz. drink — receiving another half foot sandwich at no cost. Surprise– the slightly heavy set Caucasian looking ‘sandwich artist’ informs me that the promotion is valid only for the ‘foot’ long sub. Her impression/belief/idea that a half foot sandwich is not valid. Due to her facial expressions, body language, and tone of voice telling me that she did not appreciate my doubt of it being valid for all sandwiches-I gave myself 3 choices. Leave and travel to another Subway destination that is open 24 hours, choice 2 — stay and argue my point, embarrass both of us, or choice 3 — stay and pay for an unwanted foot long. Yes, I caved in, I decided it’s better to complain on Unilocal about receiving the short stick. Complain about the lack of agreeing with the customer-lack of professional, happy, I’m glad you decided to spend your money here, atmosphere. So, either the manager or owner is informing the employees the foot long only rule– or– the employee was mis informed and not ready to back down from a possible argument. So, no– a person serving a customer is supposed to never take offence or argue over something so petty — or — the owner/manager needs to not be so greedy. Oh yah, only 2 choices of bread were available even though fresh bread was brought out as my sandwich was being made. I guess it’s asking to much for the service industry to do the right thing a move my items from unwanted bread to freshly made bread.

This location was definitely consistently busy while I was there. The guy making our sandwhich«shrek» was very personable not just the typical«what can I get you today» he made this experience better. Subway usually isn’t my favorite sandwich shop but it was close and we were hungry. «Shreks» co worker was slow when it came to putting all the veggies on the sandwhich so slow that there was a line waiting just for veggies. Everyone’s sandwhich had already been prepared by «shrek» that he had to come over and rescue her to speed things up. He pushed her in a way that I thought was very appropriate he was«racing» her to see who could go fasterso she would speed things up. It could of gone worse and he could of told her that she was slow and holding everything up(even tho she was) I’m guessing she was new. The one thing I do like about subway is the tea they brew. I went to get the tea, empty. They had the new half & half so I decided to try that, again empty. So I had to settle from sweetened tea from the soda fountain.

Let me start by saying, I am not one of those frivolous« Unilocalers» that complain for the sake of complaining. Today I visited this subway and ordered a sandwich that actually looked good on tv. Even before I entered this establishment the red flags started. As I walked toward the front door I noticed the sidewalk was so disgusting(trash, something sticky) my sandal almost came off my foot! I’ve seen cleaner entrances at greyhound bus station bathrooms. The handle to the front door was caked with dirt and filth! I should have walked away at this point. I must have been real hungry. Once inside I noticed three employees, two guys and an older women, I was the only one in line and did not get served for a few minutes, however I did get the standard«welcome to subway» and then nothing. Finally the younger guy took my order, I was very clear what I wanted and he still got my order wrong! This guy obviously did not want to be there or he just had other issues when he is required to focus. As I waited for my botched sandwich I started to notice the hand prints on the glass the drink shelf was all tossed and the trash on the floor. Taco stands in Tijuana probably have a better ratings. I only wish people would take pride in what they do and put out a product that reflects the advertisements on TV. Obviously the raising of minimum wage has not given people a sense of pride in there job just more of the entitlement syndrome! Do your job and be your best at what you do you sandwich maker! Clean your restaurant and at least get the orders right to deserve that extra pay! I do not recommend you try this place, go to Von’s by some bread and deli meats and you’ll get a better sandwich!

This place had gone down hill since the nice asians ladies left. The new staff outs filled with employees who don’t care. Mary had a bad attitude and didn’t get my order right.

Went to this Subway, hungry after a late movie at the AMC24. Service was terrible, especially since there was nobody in there that late at night. The lady kept checking her totals for the day/evening so she asked the gentleman to come out from the back. After asking him for 5 – 10 minutes he finally comes out and declares ‘I’m off the clock’ At that point we decided it was time to leave because the lady didn’t even bother or try to help us. she didnt even say sorry for the wait. For that matter we will never go back and glad we walked out ! Very disappointed!!!

It seem clean to me. The quality of the food was acceptable. No problems with that. However, the employes seemed to be bothered by the costumes. I felt like they didn’t want us there. The way I see it, we are patronizing the business, not asking for charity. Not one smile the entire time we were there(we ate there).

I had to get tuna with flys around it because they guy there refused that was one he just put out!!! The floor was sticky with soda they didn’t clean up they left it there the whole time I was there which was an hour!!! The soda fountain was so gross with green stuff on the counter and dirty lids everywhere! All the tables were dirty And most of all the people there were very rude!!! This one is so bad that it is actually funny(in a sad way). Here’s what happened: When a combo is clearly advertised for $ 6.25, how much should it cost? $ 6.25! Not exactly rocket science! But this combo cost $ 7.25. The woman at the register couldn’t explain why, and didn’t even seem to understand what I was talking about. I offered to drop the drink from the combo, which I didn’t want anyway, but she insisted that I take the empty cup, and that it would be $ 7.25 + tax. Big smile, limited English. Of course, I asked to speak with the manager. She appeared to be a very busy woman, who explained that my combo was a dollar extra because I wanted the steak sriracha sandwich. I told her I was ordering what was very clearly on the sign — a professionally laid-out picture of the steak sriracha sandwich, a little cup of soup, and a soda for $ 6.25. Photos don’t lie! You would think that the manager would see this as false advertising, as I clearly did. Actually more like bait and switch. So I made her the same offer — they could keep the drink if they gave me the soup and sandwich for the advertised price of $ 6.25. The manager repeated; $ 7.25. Then waddled her way back to her office in the back of the store. At this point I’m standing with the original checker at the cash register. I told her I changed my mind and thought I would start my order over again. She still didn’t seem to understand what was going on, but threw away all the food that was sitting in front of us. I was pretty shocked to see this waste, but things were becoming a bit absurd by this point. I ended up ordering two pizzas for five dollars. It’s sad that the manager was willing to throw away all of that food and packaging over one dollar. She absolutely didn’t seem to see the false advertising here. But customer service should be important, more important than one dollar. That was the real shocker — ONEDOLLAR. The good news is that subways are a franchise. Meaning that some provide excellent customer service, and others, like this, should be closed down.

Well hey… guess what. you have a job and you picked it. Be thankful. and work your ass off. Even if youre not happy. ACT it. Seriously. If not. ill throw my sandwich at you! … … lol im jk. but for real though, I wont be coming back. But I do hope you clean up your act. and stop looking so damn depressed! SMILE. k thanks. ;D

Friendly service. Everytime I have been in lately there has been a line but it moves pretty quickly. I can get in here, order, eat, and get back to work in under an hour. Food is good. They have a of different sandwiches and for the area, it is probably the best tasting and offers the best variety.

Been here a couple of times. Usually get fast and friendly service. Sometimes there’s a line but they’re not slow. Quick and efficient. Open 24 hours for convenience. I order the oven roasted chicken with pepper jack cheese and all the veggies. All the food looks fresh and not bad.

My mom’s too cute. She really, really loves this Subway, and she wanted me to let you all know that she does. So here I am folks! I am writing a review on behalf of my mom(and myself) based on our recent visit at this particular Subway. Can you believe there hasn’t been a decent review here since 2010 and then 2012?! Get out! :P Let me be completely honest in saying that my experience with this Subway’s service was nothing but professional. This particular location gets pretty busy no matter what time of day and seems to attract more take-out customers than dine-ins. So that may explain the dining areas not being up to par for some of the reviewers(who have ZERO Unilocal buddies ANDNO self pic. ahem TSKTSK) but when we went there it was just as clean as the newest Subway a the Otay Ranch mall! In any case, my proud, young senior citizen mom told me that she frequents this Subway location because they are«always nice to the older adults». There was quite a number of customers that were older when we went and I did notice the Subway peeps being very respectful, patient, and paying close attention to the sandwich details :-) How nice! Sure, they may have been rude to us younger folk but they better be nice to our parents/grandparents! And they certainly are here(seriously, they were just professional with everyone in general!) The food is the same as any other Subway joint but it’s the service that keeps my mom coming back… Okay it’s the coupons too … Ahhh yes(I almost forgot to mention) they also greet her by name when she walks through the Subway doors ;) Four stars from me and one more star because this is my moms fave. Happy eating!

The staff is very poorly trained. See the pic of sandwich made by new guy. The bread got stuck to the paper while getting toasted, the guy making it saw it and just continued making it. He should have started all over or brought it up to the customer, but instead he snuck it in. Terrible customer service. Another time, a new girl asked one of the new guys to get her a refill of meat while he was busy with a customer and there was a line. She should have waited until she was either finished with hers or the line died down instead of telling him to drop what he’s doing to do something she should have done herself. The food is just like any other Subway and the service is usually good. However, the last time I came in, the female manager decided to take her break and leave the two new guys to fend for themselves with a huge influx of customers, each having five or more orders. It took us 30 – 40 minutes to get our sandwiches made. She came back after the line died down. Also, the owner doesn’t seem to care too much about the overall appearance of the place. The ceiling tiles are so old, they’re orange in color. The floor itself and cleanliness can use some improvement. They’re also understaffed.
