Worked with Sue on securing a condo in San Diego while I lived/​worked in NYC. She was very professional and helped me through the entire process, even doing video walkthroughs of homes and the final inspection using video conferencing on our phones.

I have to say that I was very lucky to find Sue. Before Sue I had tried 3 other different real estate agents: Agent #1 passed me onto Agent #2, I believe that Agent #1 felt that I was too demanding with my real estate requests but one thing I am good at is being savvy with money and I don’t believe my requests were out of reach. Agent #2 gave me really bad advice during the negotiation process of a previous offer I had given which resulted in me loosing out the property to another buyer. Agent #3 came along the same time that I met Sue.
I contacted Sue in regards to two properties I had seen in a complex I had been eyeing out for a year and a half. Yes, I had been looking for a whole year and a half and hadn’t been lucky or a good real estate agent to make things happen for me. Sue responded right away with my requests and showed me the properties. So I decided to stick with the person who is more eager about real estate. Out of the two properties I gave two offers one for each. I wasn’t expecting both to take my offers right away based on my history in home searching but Sue came through with her negotiation skills and notified me that both sellers had accepted both my offers at a price ranging from $ 10 — 20 K less than posted. I was shocked and immediately took the better unit. Sue did actually as you say made my dream come true :). Thank you Sue.
I am a military member and I am often away about a week or two at a time every month, and I am also a part time student and have a second job. So this home searching had been a little bit overwhelming at times when you have little to no time available. Sue and her staff at Big Block Realty were able work around my schedule. I also bank with USAA and used my VA Loan so I know how much of a headache it was for Sue and her team to get this processed but they were troopers and always maintained their professionalism. Sue makes sure that you are constantly informed and really looks out for the best interest of her customers. You will love her sweet sweet personality :).

Sue helped me find purchase my first home! It was not an easy task. I have a very odd schedule (to say the least) and my dad (from out of town) was helping me. She worked very closely with both of us to set up a website so that I could communicate to her which homes I liked, and which ones I didn’t like so much. She and my dad went out and looked at several different houses, very quickly and efficiently, leaving a trip for me to look at only the best ones. She knew exactly which homes she was going to take me to, had a list ready, was very informative. She was very informative, but never in our face, hovering over us. She was perfect. In the end, we found a perfect home in North Park, and she knew all about the process (which is very interesting in California) and walked us through every step and every question. She was wonderful, and I will refer all of my friends who need a real estate agent to her.

My husband and I were looking at condos and had no idea where to start. Luckily, Sue gave us a call after we inquired about a place. We definitely lucked out with her! She worked with our opposite schedules and made us feel like a priority. She is so friendly and helps out in any way she can. We are not from San Diego, so she gave us good tips on what locations are best. We found a great place and unfortunately, ran into a few problems (not on her part, just with the home), but she did everything she could to make sure it went smoothly for us. Also, as first time home buyers, all the paperwork was like another language to us; we had no idea what it meant. She made the process seem so easy and her knowledge of the real estate market made us very confident. I highly recommend her and I know we will be using her in the future for a house. Sue is my first real estate agent and so far so good. I spoke with a few before we got together but she seemed to fit my personality more than anyone. She is focused and energetic and felt me out quickly. She even helped me find my short term rental so I could feel the area out before I settle on one area. She helped my find my lender Brendan Bracken as well.
I appreciate how she accomodates my crazy schedule and that I feel like I am her priority. Talking to her is as easy as talking to a friend and I feel she is fast becoming one.
