Jake was AWESOME! He was extremely responsive and professional in his communication, was willing to work on a Sunday afternoon and evening, booked an appointment on 48 hours’ notice, and did a PHENOMENAL job on our carpets. With five dogs and a four-​year-​old, our carpets sustain a lot of wear and tear. Jake’s know-​how and hard work have our carpets looking EVEN BETTER than when we moved in 2+ years ago.
It’s worth noting that LOTS of companies clean carpets and will do a decent job. But Jake has an «X Factor» going for him: he’s friendly, unfailingly polite, and just a very likable guy.

Jake does an amazing job. He’s honest, reliable and hard working. My husband is a Carpet Cleaner and was having issues with his machine. Not only did Jake show up as a friend to Garrett but he helped him until the job was done! We absolutely recommend Jakes attention to detail. He helped clean a 700 sf tile job. We couldn’t have done it without SunCal.

SunCal did an excellent job! Jacob showed up early and completed the job within the time promised to allow me to get to a planned appointment afterwards.
They did the job on a day’s notice after another company failed to show up the prior day. I appreciate the professionalism and commitment to service and quality! I would recommend them and plan to use them again!

For everyone out there trying to remember what your carpets looked like when they were brand new, call Jake at SunCal Carpet Clean! He’s not afraid of hard work and his goal from the time he walks in the door is to make sure that the customer is totally satisfied. I never thought my white carpets would even closely resemble the color white again, but I am totally amazed as I sit here and write this review! They are absolutely perfect! Jake came prepared, was even a little early, very courteous, and very knowledgeable! The quality of his work is beyond superior. It’s nice to know there is someone conducting their business the old fashioned way — hard work and a stellar reputation. I would highly recommend this young man and his company, SunCal Carpet Clean.

I can’t say enough about Suncal carpet cleaning. Very professional and courteous have three children and a dog so I was a bit skeptical at first, would my carpet even come clean? Well my carpet looks great and the cost was very reasonable. I would say they even look better than when we moved in. I would definitely use them in the future and I refer them to everyone. I recently was in need of a good carpet cleaning and I wanted it done as soon as possible. I am so happy I contacted Jacob because he was quick to get to my place and help me!!! I was kind of embarrassed because it was pretty bad but he assured me it would look great in a short amount of time. He walked through my place and then got to work. SunCal Carpet Clean is AWESOME and professional! We learned about them from our neighbors that swear by them. They are really friendly and the prices are the best. We have two small toddlers with light carpet and our carpets have never looked and felt better. Jacob is the owner, he is very knowledgeable about the removal of carpet stains. It’s been a few weeks and none of the stains have returned. We are extremely happy with SunCal.
