History

Established in 1995.

This business was established because I had heard way too many stories about property managers that don’t care about their owners. Too many property managers that spend owners money without a care in the world. Well, we care! Ask any of my owners and they will tell you sometimes I care too much. I want to bring back «customer service». I want to show people there is a company that doesn’t just hire a repair person because it’s easy-​we only hire a repair person when it is absolutely needed! I have been known to replace a garbage disposal here and there.

The owner of SunWest Property Management comes from a long history of taking care of people. Customer Service is always at the forefront of every decision we have to make. How can we save the owners money? We know it can get expensive sending handymen out to repair little issues. So when we can, we are more than happy to do some repairs. We also have professional contacts for those projects that are not little and/​or not in our wheelhouse. We know investment property owners are looking to put money in their pockets, NOT spend it! Our goal at SunWest is to help our owners put money in their pocket and keep it there!
