By far the best mailbox/​shipping service in Pacific Beach. We’ve been using their services for about 8 years now and Steve has always been great.
Their prices are competitive and they’re customer service is impeccable. We never had to wait for our mail once. they are truly on top of things.

Been renting a mailbox here for over a few months and love it! Awesome people with great customer service and the price is one of the cheapest you’ll find for a private mailbox.
When I walk in anxiously to pick up a package, I’m immediately given my package with very little effort. Great to do business with people who remember your name, face and are attentive.

Sometimes what you don’t get tells you a lot about a business.
I called them asking about movers’ shrink wrap. They don’t sell it, but Steve was really nice and helpful about suggesting to me where I might be able to get it.
Bottom line: this guy is here to help you out, not just sell you something. He will be getting my business whenever I need to ship something.

After reading Unilocal reviews, I visited Surf & Post to see if it was worthwhile to ship a piece of furniture internationally. Based on previous experiences the owner had shipping other items, I was able to make a decision that was best for my situation. I would definitely recommend dealing with this business and plan to return if I need to ship anything else.

Awesome customer service and attention to detail. From small packages to bigger boxes, these guys can help you out with all of your shipping needs.
Parking is pretty easy during the day and they also have mailboxes for rent if you happen to need that service as well.

Excellent service at this postal shipping business. Initially called to get some information on delivery times for an important business delivery. The person on phone actually looked up delivery destination to ensure «promised» delivery times for FedEx. Once there he made a professional delivery label and my important business documents are on their way for early delivery to the Midwest.

This is a great spot to get all of your shipping done. I used to have to ship via FedEx for work so I was literally there 5 days a week to drop off envelopes and Steve always took care of me. They have packing supplies, PO boxes and will help you figure out the best way to ship whatever it is you need. Even if you need to ship something large like furniture, Steve will put you in touch with the right people. He was also always great about personally emailing me on holidays to remind me of earlier pick-​up times or when things would be closed. Just a great spot all around– directly across from the PB post office too which always has crazy lines.

Fantastic business! Visiting Pacific Beach/​San Diego and wanted to ship our surf board home instead of take on plane. Steve set it up to come get it from the hotel after we left… so we got to surf to the last minute. It arrived to us on the East Coast in perfect condition. If I could give this place more stars, I would. Steve bent over backwards to meet my urgent live scan needs yesterday. He re-​opened his shop an hour after it closed because I was in such a pinch! Talk about service and really going the extra mile… I was shocked that he would do such a thing considering we’d never met and I’d never set foot in his shop before. If he does this for a complete stranger, I can’t imagine what he does for his friends. I highly, HIGHLY recommend this place. A+++++++.
