Had some shirts and sweatshirts printed here. Great place, great staff, good workmanship, fair prices.

Poor and slow customer service. Go to Sports Arena. Much better service and faster. They also communicate & set the appropriate expectation.

This place is great! I walked in 15 min before they closed and they embroidered my son’s soccer back pack perfectly for under $ 10 in 10 min flat! They also have a huge selection of blank t-​shirts and hats. Guys are super cool and the place is kept clean and well lit (unlike alot of these t-​shirt places).

I have received fast and professional service every time I visit the Kearny Mesa location. The t-​shirt techs are helpful and had a sense of humor. I love my shirts, the price and had a great experience. Shout out to Brandon and Chris!!!

I went in to get a shirt made with DTG (direct to garment) process. I previously had a shirt made at another place but was short on time and t-​shirt mart offered faster service so I went there. When my shirt was done I was beyond disappointed, the quality of the print was absolutely terrible! The inks were faded and dull, the print was blurry, and my shirt that I brought in was completely ruined. Comparing their print with my other print done by a reputable business was an eye-​opening lesson on quality. I would say, «You get what you pay for», however T-​Shirt Mart charged me almost DOUBLE what I paid at the other place, and the other place INCLUDED THE SHIRT!!!
For anyone reading this, please check around at different businesses that offer shirt printing services. I won’t mention the name of the other place (that has my business for good), but I will say that true quality is worth the extra wait. Call around, talk to people about their printing process and technique, see who actually takes pride in their service and quality. T-​Shirt Mart probably gets their business from people in a hurry or those that don’t know any better. I for one will never fall into those categories again.

Forth project with the guys a T-​shirt mart in Kearny Mesa, they always provide outstanding customer service.
Wait time on large orders is great also. Look forward to having more shirts completed by them.

I came to T-​Shirt Mart on a Monday night around 5pm and it was slightly busy. I sat down in the small sitting area for about 30 minutes without anyone greeting me or even noticing I was there… So I took it upon myself to go to the cashier on the other side and ask how I may get help with screen printing some shirts.
She nicely told me to continue to sit in the waiting area and someone will help me. So I did. And I waited an additional 45 minutes…
About 1 ½ hours later, a worker comes thru the front door and notices me. (Finally!!) I told him I’ve been waiting for awhile and he quickly seats me and gets started on my design. A+ for urgency! Tony, the guy that helped me, was really patient and helpful! He came up with a couple designs so that if I were to come back I could use the different design he created.
The shirt came out average looking. I bought 14 plain white, long sleeves from their store. All it was a basic crown on the back with some font. I wish I could’ve added some small design on the front to make the shirt not look cheap but paying $ 12 (JUST FOR THE DESIGN) killed me. It would be an extra $ 3 making that. $ 15 for just the design. With that being said I declined the offer.
In the end, each shirt cost me $ 25 each… I’ve made better looking shirts at a different T-​shirt Mart location for alot cheaper.
Another downside to everything was he said would charge me $ 9 and ended up charging me $ 12 after I picked a design.

It was my first time at this location since it is so new. I am so glad I don’t have to drive down to the Sports Arena area anymore to get my t-​shirts done. The guys are quick with the designs. Just tell them what you want and they can work on it for you. You can even bring in your own on a flash drive and they can pull it up. For two vinyl heat transfer shirts, I was in and out in 30 minutes. The only reason why it took longer is because the heat press had to warm up. I got there right when they opened.
They have a huge variety of apparel to choose from. If you’re looking for small quantity orders and quick turnarounds, I highly recommend this place!

I just started up my own business where I offer apparel among other things, and figured I would come here to have my shirts made. They have a huge variety of blank apparel to choose from at wholesale prices. They can also place a custom order for you if they don’t carry something you’re looking for! From the very start, I’ve worked with Dwika and he’s been amazing at accommodating my needs. He works very quickly and is extremely helpful when answering any questions I might have. Highly recommend TShirt Mart for any of your custom apparel needs!

This place is pretty chill. Low prices, lots of shirts and hats in stock. No minimums. I had a few hats embroidered. They came out alright for the price. The staff is usually really busy, kind of a «take a number» sort of set-​up. So not the best service but once they get to you they’re helpful and quick. Just don’t be dumb about stuff, have a clear idea of what you want your design to be and don’t expect top quality perfection and you won’t be disappointed. I only had to wait an hour and my hats were done.

T-​Shirt Mart helped me create the perfect robes with screen printing. I brought in satin robes I had bought online and they created a design for me on the spot and then printed them right in from of me. The whole process took less than 30 minutes to create everything and complete 5 robes.
I would highly suggest using them for bachelorette robes rather than pay a fortune online for them to be made. The location is convenient and the prices are cheap. I especially love that they are done on the spot and you don’t have to worry about them for weeks.
I will definitely be coming back here for any screen printing or embroidery needs.

I have worked with T-​shirt mart twice now and both times I have been so impressed with their services. The staff is awesome and the T-​shirts turned out great! Price and turn around time cant be beat. I live in LA and I still will only use T-​shirt mart and have it shipped. If you have a chance to go in to the store they sit down and design the shirt for you or else you can upload your design online.

Took three designs I bought on Etsy for heat transfers onto my own shirts to T-​shirt Mart and they did a fantastic job. They were so quick and helpful. They spent time with my digital files making sure positioning would be perfect and all three shirts turned out awesome! They had a quick 24 hour turn around time, and the last shirt I brought in and they finished it while I waited in 5 minutes time. I would highly recommend for your t-​shirt needs, sports teams, etc…

In and out one hour for 4 vinyl decal shirts for our work picnic. They’ll sit down and Photoshop/​Corel your work in front of you before it gets printed. You can also choose your shirts so you can feel and size up each one. $ 81 OTD for AAA black shirts with white text F/​B in a single 13″ x13″ block.

Had to go in there with a friend to have our sons names put on the soccer jerseys… they took care of everything right there in front of you! They measured, spaced out the lettering, printed, cut out and pressed… all in 10 mins! All this for 6 bucks! Whhaattt!!! How cool!!!
They have a nice array of shirts/​hats to choose from if you want to start off with a blank «canvas» and they also do embroidery there. LOVE! I am going to take my sons backpack there to have his initials put on! And I am going to have t-​shirts made for my daughter and her friends! Is it wrong that I am this excited? hahaha
However, since this was my first time there, my only suggestion is that when someone walks in, greet them. Yes, I know you may be with a customer, but you may lose one if you let 2 women standing there for several minutes not knowing which way to go. A simple, «Hi, will be right with you!» would have been appreciated. If someone isn’t with a customer, such as the person pressing/​at the register, simply acknowledge, ask what they need and direct them.
This could have easily been a 5 star review if that simple step would have been done yesterday.

My husband and I own a dog walking company and we wanted to amp up our branding and get some t-​shirts and hats with our logo done. Kai was amazing! He was very easy going and didn’t pressure us into buying anything yet he made sure he was available to help with any questions we had. He even helped with my Illustrator and Photoshop files to get the exact look I wanted. We placed our order literally an hour before they closed and they still got it done! The shirts look awesome. The New Era hat looks insane! I cannot believe we got our logo on a new era hat for under $ 20! Prices are so reasonable and the service rocks… Never going anywhere else for my business uniforms. Thank you and shout out to Kai, I hope he gets a raise :)
