The worst Taco Bell EVER!!! First my husband ended up standing there 10 mins while everyone else got their food order that was after his and come to find out somehow his order got deleted! Then we get our burritos and there was NO beans and the rice was maybe a tablespoon. It was like two quesadillas. What really ticks me off there was NO apology for deleting his order and making him wait so long!!! The worst customer service by far!!!

Sitting in the drive through line Unilocaling because it’s been 20 minutes and I can’t hop this curb and leave. This is supposed to be fast foot but nothing fast about this location. Unless I am fasting which it feels like at this point. Really half an hour in the drive through line poor management poor staff and poor me for being stuck putting up with this ridiculous wait. Please don’t ever come to this location I would hate for anyone to have to go through what I am going through!!!

My hubby and I wanted to have a date night out while finding fast food for our kiddos so dinner for 6 kids was super easy and close to our hotel.

Waited 20 minutes in a packed to the street drive thru line before I gave up and left with out food.

This is definitely the longest I’ve ever waited in a fast food drive through with only 2 cars in front of me. This is insanity– who works here? Monkeys???

Worst. Taco. Bell. Ever. I have yet to go there and get my order right. Literally every time I have been there they’ve gotten my order wrong. Entire elements are forgotten as if I specifically asked for it that way. I hate to leave negative reviews on here, but this one is well deserved.

3.5 –4stars, this Taco Bell is closest to my house. I have probably been here about a dozen times other than waiting a while in the drive through I have never had quite as bad experience as those who have reviewed before me. I have never had an order wrong or had any problems with the portion size. Only maybe the occasional stale taco shell which happens at all Taco Bell locations. But it’s Taco Bell how good can you really expect Mexican fast food to be? Lol

Oh its a shit show at the drive thru, I already waited 20+ minutes. I used to work fast food and I can knock out their jobs on my own if I had to, these are some worthless workers here.

Got my order wrong and the bathroom is DISGUSTING. I am used to the quality taco bell in chula vista. At least this place is empty so there’s no lines. The food is up to par. The seats hurt my rear.

If I could give this taco bell a negative rating I would. I work right near this one. It’s convenient to me and for my coworkers. and today will be the last day I set foot inside for free refills. Thank you for all the affordable, pleasant times in the past but here’s where we part ways for good. Oh and you can actually thank Sylvia for her very smug, rude, condescending attitude for being the last straw. From last week’s man fixing customer food WHILE eating to the girl at the drive through grooming herself in plain view of customers and near food! Oh no. We’re through convenient, unfriendly, smug, dirty crew. We’re through with you.

I was STARVING and super hungry and even though I never eat fast food, I decided to cave and hit up the drive-through. I ordered a chicken quesadilla. Sounds simple enough, right? I was just getting on the freeway when I realized, there was no chicken in my quesadilla(!!!) It was just a tortilla with a super thin layer of melted cheese. It was completely pointless to turn all the way back around for something that cost me less than $ 3, so I didn’t. It ended up being the most disappointing lunch ever, and needless to say, I haven’t been back!

I’ve been sitting in line so long I think I’m gonna run out of gas! But that’s not surprising. Getting something for $ 1 is outweighed by the money im spending in gas. I’ll be surprised if my order is right this time.

This is by far the worst taco bell I have ever been to(and i’ve been to a lot, I love taco bell). Where do I start? They gave us the wrong order, overcharged, really rude employees, they take forever, and the food is horrible! How is this location still open? I had a very bad experience the first time I was at the drive thru waiting over 40 mins for our food(and still expected us to pay for soggy food), but we let that slide and tried it again. Now I am just convinced this place needs some new management and employees. We will never ever go to this location again, I’d rather drive extra to go to a better location. New customers beware!

Place was horrible. Not only they shorted me 6 tacos but I also won a free bean burrito from that coin machine and they shorted me that too. And that wasn’t my onlu experience. 2nd time I went to give them the opportunity to redeem themselves, the guy dropped my order on the ground after waiting 10mins for the value taco pack. After dropping it, they made news(supposedly) and it only took them a few minutes. Never ever going to a taco bell again. Even had a bad experience with the one off N. Magnolia ave. I wanted the caramel apple expand and the guy had told me we don’t have any ready. So I told him I want to order 4 and he repeated they don’t have any ready. Well if I ordered tacos, they obviously ain’t ready so you make it… seems like this guy didn’t want to make it. Lazy ass workers make $ 9 an hour, get back there and make it. Taco Bell is going downhill. so sad that they let these people run it.

We all have our guilty pleasures, and years ago mine used to be going to Taco Bell. I know that it’s not real Mexican food, but it used to taste OK. Not anymore! I decided to give it another try yesterday and boy was I disappointed! All I ordered were two bean burritos, and they were horribly bland! For starters, the price has been raised from 79 cents to $ 1.19, which is a joke. They used to be so simple and pretty tasty. A flour tortilla filled with thick refried beans, some red sauce, cheese, and onions. Now they’re filled with refried beans that are so watered down that they’ve become a liquid instead of solid. There was a dab of red sauce and a few onions, but neither bean burrito had cheese. To top it off, they’re smaller than they used to be. Yet another fast food joint has hit rock bottom! I guess my body should thank them for being so terrible because I’ll never eat there again! Do yourself a favor and get your taco and burrito fix at a real Mexican joint.

Went through the drive-thru at about 5:00pm. No line, that was nice. All I ordered was a caramel apple empanada cause I hadn’t had one in forever and was craving some dessert after my In N Out. Got my order super fast and the empanada was hot but not scorching. Not nearly as good as I had remembered it being. Not sure if they changed the quality of ingredients or the recipe or if my taste buds have just changed but anyways it was alright. Hit the spot. Only reason I give two stars is because I didn’t get a napkin with it. I didn’t think to ask when I was grabbing the bag from the guy working but come on. Eating a caramel apple empanada without a napkin? Fail! Luckily I had a dirty shirt in the car to wipe them off with, and then hit my hands with some waterless sanitizer just to get the sticky off. Probably wouldn’t make a separate trip again just to get an empanada but it was tasty. 2 ½ star.

We were hoping for a quick meal on the way home after a long day at work. What we got instead was a 20+ minute wait in the drive — thru lane(boxed in by the curbs), an unresponsive and wholly unfriendly — not to mention completely incompetent — drive — thru attendant, plus another 5 minute wait at the window for our meager order. There was no apology for the wait. There was no friendliness at the speaker or at the window. She asked us what we wanted, then immediately ignored us. My husband actually had to say, «Hello?» into the radio silence. Same thing once we got to the window. Distracted and unfriendly girl never confirmed our order or apologized for the horrendous wait. Food took forever to come out, and when it did, the lid popped off my cantina bowl. I guess this is what we get for not cooking at home. Now I’m all frustrated. So if that was their goal, they succeeded.

Usually, I only write reviews for places I love, but WOW this place really stunk it up. I ordered nearly $ 100 of food(at Taco Bell!!!) to feed a whole bunch of people and they couldn’t even be bothered to LABELTHEFOOD!!! We had to open every single taco to see if it was chicken or beef. AREYOUKIDDINGME!!! I went by later to talk to the manager. I got the«shift leader» who was totally unsympathetic and suggested I talk to the manager the next day. No thanks. Wasted enough of my time here.

Point Loma can be a little, you know, sketchy. This Taco Bell is newer. The service is unserving. Just check your order before you drive away. Something is always missing but if we work together, we can make sure you have the cheez and beans that tickle your fancy.
