NAMES: Starley(drive thru), Selena & Yvonne. HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE! never in my life have I ever complained to a manager for bad service. I’ve never taken it to that level. I brush it off and never return. However! Yesterday, I went through the drive thru. Very rude over speaker, like agitated. I pull up and she forgets to give me my drink. No big deal right? It happens. So I park, walk in. I’m at the register, and I say«excuse me» she was at the window and 2 other Hispanic female co workers were behind counter. I said again«excuse me» One looked up directly at me, and continued sweeping. I was like ?? Umm ok? So I said excuse me again.(Mind u, I wasn’t annoying, I waited respectfully in between each time I said excuse me) The drive thru window co worker turns very quickly my direction throws her hands up agitatedly and says«YESSS»!!! I was very surprised ! Thrown off. I told her about my drink, and she said u didn’t order a drink, I said yes I did maybe u didn’t hear but I did. And she had the audacity to tell me «then u shouldn’t of said yes when I asked u if your order was correct on the screen» I was in shock! I asked her for her name and she refused! I then asked the Hispanic co worker, I said«excuse me, what is her name». She then gave me the most malicious glare while grinning and shrugged her shoulders! I said REALLLy??? And what is your name? Neither of them would give me their name and as I’m saying I’ll call their regional manager, they’re ignoring me. It was almost empty at that time so it was dead silent. They were grinning. Idk what I did whatsoever ! The manager on duty was like a 5 year old. She was scared of her own employee. I think she was a shift leader cuz she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. She had to make a phone call to ask her boss if her employees are forced to give up their name if they don’t want to. What!!! That’s nuts! Of course you need to give your name! How am I suppose to identify u to complain?! Whoever was on phone then told her to give us their names so she very Rudely said names fast. I had her repeat the names and then jotted them down. The drive thru window co worker is heavy set, has tattoos everywhere and her looks can be intimidating. I recently purchased a brand new Mercedes, that day I actually got myself together so I didn’t look like a bum that day. I absolute HATE when girls pull the jealousy card, but there’s absolutely no other reason why I could think they could team up out of nowhere against me for nothing! I wasn’t even mad when I walked in!!!

If I could do 0 stars, I would. We drove up and the guy taking orders at the drive through was the worst. We had to repeat our order about 6 times. And then repeat our drinks another 3 times. When we finally get our items, the drinks are wrong.(Of course, the guy definitely wasn’t paying attention.) The food was disgusting. The taco shell was definitely stale. The tostada isn’t even round, looks like half is missing. The cinnamon twists had no cinnamon. If you are hungry enough to eat disgusting food from Taco Bell, definitely don’t go here.

Food has been consistent and no missed orders this year and that says a lot. The only issue I had was today. It was fortunately remedied by Edward(who seems to be the manager). He expressed professionalism, class, and most importantly SERVICE. The dude is an all star and people like these create equity for any business. 5 stars for Edward.

Super slow. The guy behind the counter was actually scratching his butt when I pulled up to pay for my order. He then proceeded to pick a wedgy and hand me my food.

Terrible! I ordered 7 things, 5 of the 7 were wrong and the other 2 were cold, they gave us extra food that wasn’t ours. Of course I didn’t check the food until I got home since I was in a hurry so I will take that responsibility. Check you order before you leave!

I think people only come here because the In-n-Out next door is completely packed and they walk over to this place to get food a little bit faster. The food was decent and the menu is what you expect from Taco Bell, however this place is run down, the bathroom was disgusting and the trash was overflowing. I don’t think I’ll ever come back to this one.

Some cheap food with a side of long lasting heartburn… Was out a bit late running some errands and figured I could grab a bite before heading back home. Taco Bell was not my first pick, and for good reason. I have stayed away from Taco Bell for a very long time, unfortunately the place I was going to go to had a massive line for their pick up/to go. Me and the crew were in a hurry and sadly I lost my vote on where to eat. FOOD: 2x Cheesy Gordita Crunches — both were a standard taco. Nothing noticeable bout those. 1x Saucy Burrito — first bite was something… the rest taste like shame… ((there is a selection on the menu… choose a meal that will destroy your night)) DRINKS: well no alcohol, but if you are one for soft drinks, this place may have your fix SERVICE: Going through a drive through on a Wednesday night and the drive through gets backed up averaging roughly three to four minutes per customer. Used credit on an order exceeding a specified value which required me to sign… yeah they forgot… until our food was brought out a minute later, where then they had asked me to sign…

This specific Taco Bell is usually slow. Inside looks very worn out and old, which gives you this overall«it’s dirty» vibe. Furniture is scratched up, counters are patched up, and floors are old. No other Taco Bell options nearby, unfortunately. During lunch, waited for 10+ minutes. Drive thru was very busy as well.

The food quality is decent. Just super slow getting through drive thru. The In and Out next door running at least 3 cars to everyone for TB. Make that 4 – 5 cars

Went thru drive and drive away without orders in my bag. Walked in then had to wait 10 min for them to make it. Wtf! what at taco bell takes ten minutes to make they all have the same ingredients. Updated after 20 minutes. Spoke with manager after waiting and my order was refunded. Wish time wasn’t wasted, but the efforts for resolving the issues were met.

It is the typical bell. They’ve always gotten my order right and Brandy is absolutely wonderful, very nice, happy and professional. Not something you experience with a lot of fast food employees.

I only go here for breakfast before I go into work. Their choices have become better and affordable! My favorite is the cheesy burrito steak! I get the meal and it comes with a hash brown and orange juice! My other favorite is the am crunch wrap steak with hash browns in the burrito. Either way you can’t go wrong with those two choices!

Tonight we got in late from our travels from Wyoming to San Diego. We are always craving In and Out when we get to California but when we got there, we pulled into Taco Bell next door! What a pleasant surprise. We ordered tacos and nachos supreme and enjoyed every delicious bite. We went in the drive-through and ordered quickly and received our food just in the nick of time, to satisfy our hungry bodies. Tips and tricks — –try the big bundle value packs. I think you get a lot more bang for your buck. Don’t eat your food in the parking lot, you will smell the fries and burgers cooking from In n Out next door. Go there for round 2!

It’s taco bell, I love taco bell. I love .89 burritos and doritos and Happy hour on drinks even though I never buy those diabetes inducing slushies. I love all taco bells forever.

Do not pass go, do not collect $ 200…drive to another location or wait in the redonk line at In-n-Out Burger. This place is nasty… filthy filthy filthy. From the glass doors coming in to the floors with broken tiles. looking at the vatos making my food I can see shit all over the floor and the counter was sticky and well worn. Why did I still order… I was hungry. Had two hard tacos and a small nacho… the chips from the nachos taste like old grease… made me spit it out and throw my tacos away before even eating them. I kept picturing the disgusting stye on where they were made.

It’s not like I can get out of the car with a napping bebe in the back carseat, and the In-n-Out drive thru line next door is snaking through the parking lot. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Well, at least I can give one of these Doritos Locos tacos a try. Service was prompt, efficient, and they didn’t screw up my order. The gal in the window with my food asks if I would like hot sauce. I say, «yes», and she says, «what kind?» Being from SoCal, my taco shops have some exquisite red, but this time I’m stumped. I shrugged and asked for whatever hot sauce because I haven’t frequented Taco Bell since the high school daze. Their Cool Ranch Doritos Locos taco is ok for what it is. If you need a description, then you should probably make a run for the border because your ‘Murica passport is revoked.

Ahhhh the place that I used to refer to as Mexican food when I lived in Michigan. Then I realized otherwise when I moved to SoCal; which was that I’m an idiot for thinking this is Mexican. Ha. But you always get that random craving and I’ll agree with any Taco Bell that doesn’t give me food poisoning… Like the nasty one in PB at the end of Grand Ave. But again, their pintos and cheese, hard taco, and fiesta potatoes always bring back my old naïve MI Mexican memories… yummmm.
