At the Tactical Indoor Range, we take a different approach to firearm instruction.
Our classes are private, one-on-one learning sessions. We believe this is a safer, more efficient, and a better overall learning experience. In our 2-hour session you will learn more, and shoot more, than in most 6 – 8 hour group classes.
Our Tactical Indoor Range is unlike any other civilian shooting range in that you can shoot at multiple targets in multiple directions. Our classes include drawing from a holster, drawing and shooting from concealment, low light shooting, shooting around corners, tactical use of flashlights and night sights, engaging multiple targets, shoot and no-shoot targets, and lots more.
We teach people how to shoot for self-defense and home protection, which is very different than just shooting at one target down a lane. Our dynamic shooting instruction is designed to prepare you for real life self-defense.
History
Established in 2014.
The Tactical Indoor Range was designed and developed by Lenny Magill, world famous firearms authority with over 25 years of experience in the shooting arts.
Knowing that standard «lane range» training did little to prepare the average person for true self-defense style shooting, he developed the Tactical Indoor Range concept to provide a safe but stimulating environment to learn practical shooting skills.
The new Tactical Indoor Range is the result of months of construction, years of planning, and decades of experience.

Lenny M.
Business Owner
For over 25 years Lenny Magill has been at the forefront of the shooting industry.
He has produced hundreds of videos on various aspects of shooting, many of which he also wrote, hosted and/or narrated. He is the founder and CEO of GlockStore.com, «The World’s #1 Source for Glock Parts & Accessories,» and has designed, developed and manufactured dozens of highly acclaimed products for the shooting industry.
He also owns UnderTech UnderCover, a premium line of firearm concealment clothing whose customers include agents of the FBI, CIA, Homeland Security and law enforcement personnel around the world.
Always an innovator in firearms training, his latest venture is The Tactical Indoor Range located within the GlockStore retail location in the Kearney Mesa area of San Diego, CA.
