Teo’s Barber Shop

This place is great! Peter cuts mine and my son’s hair and it looks great every time. It’s all about consistency! Friendly Barbers, clean shop. There’s no rushing to get to the next customer. They take their time until you’re happy. Love this place!!!

Ive been here 2 – 3 times now and I’m digging the joint. They give me consistent haircuts at a fair price and they are never too crowded at least when I go. I get my hair cut but 1 of the two ladies there and they take their time and I feel brand new when I leave.

Surprisingly good and cheap too. I cut there one time and the guy was very thorough. I’ll likely become a regular.

Pete’s been cutting my hair ever since I was little and he still does to this day. Even if it’s a long line I’ll still wait for a cut from him. The only thing I don’t like is that he doesn’t use straight razors. I get a skin fade and he uses the T-​Edjer to fade it at the end. I prefer a straight razor cause it gives a cleaner and shorter cut but he says he doesn’t use them because it’s unsafe which is understandable. If you don’t feel like waiting the other 3 barbers are good too, otherwise prepare for a long wait for Pete especially during the week. They only take cash.

I can not express how much I love Teo’s. I was visiting in San Diego earlier this year and needed a haircut badly. Saw the prices were reasonable so I decided to try it. I was blown away by how much care the barber took throughout the whole process. Like every stroke of the clippers he was making sure it was just perfect. Every time I thought it was over he got a different sized clipper or scissors to go over it again. It was really relaxing actually. Best haircut I’ve ever gotten. I have been looking forward to coming back to SD the past few months. Just went a second time on my most recent visit and the experience was the same. All this being said, I have seen a few negative comments her about the new female barber. She was doing someone else while I was there, and while I’m not a haircutting expert, he attitude and technique did seem a bit subpar compared with the guy who did mine. Also, it seems like they are kind of geared towards military people, so short and simple cuts, which is perfect for me, but maybe not for people who want fancier styles or whatever.

Looks like my fiancé has to find a new barber. He’s been going here for years and never had a problem. His last visit a new girl did his cut and totally messed it up. You could still see the guideline! When he asked her to fix it she started arguing with him and said it looked OK. It did not, and he left extremely mad. That girl needs a serious lesson in customer service. Never going back.

This place is great! I came here for my first haircut last December and the results made me want to be a regular! I’ve been getting my haircut by Kevin who takes his time and makes sure you are happy with the finished cut. I’ll continually be coming back whenever my hair gets a lil too long!

Had such a great experience today, got to meet the owner and hear his story! Been going to this place for over a year and never been dissappointed! Definitely 5 stars and a high recommendation in my book!

These guys give the best haircuts around, no question. Very thorough and a great deal for the money! I love the vacuum attachments, no shower needed after getting my buzz cut on a lunch break!
One time I went somewhere else when they weren’t open… big mistake. Should’ve just waited until the next day!

Started coming here about 6 months ago and, will keep coming here as long as this shop is in business! Vaccume on the clipper makes it easier for me to go about my day after in get a hair cut from teos. I don’t have to go home and take a shower to get all the hair out of my shirt lol

I always get my haircut here… Sometimes i just come for a trim just to hangout and small talk. with Peter… Its like the movie the Barbershop for me.

I’ve been looking for a good barber up in this area of town for a while, and I can’t believe it took me this long to find this place! Upon the recommendation of my brother who got his hair cut here before, I decided to stop by. Came out of here very satisfied with a nice haircut. At 10am on a Saturday, the wait wasn’t bad either, maybe 10 – 15 minutes. No frills here, everybody is pretty chill; and new cut for about ten bucks or so plus tip is always a positive. You can tell these guys have been doing it for a while and know their stuff! Excellent service for a great price. Definitely coming back.

Been going to Peter for many years. My wife loves his haircuts and beard trims (on me) great bargain. I have recommended him to a number of friends who were all very pleased.

We’ve been going to Teo’s barber shop for 13 years, he is one of the best barbers in San Diego and he is great with kids. The barber shop is clean and has a comfortable setting. I recommend trying to get a haircut before the weekend because he’s bombarded with customers. I highly recommend trying Teo’s Barber Shop and you will not be disappointed. Stop by and ask for Pete (the owner) to cut your hair.

The owner Peter has been cutting my hair for over 20 years. He is extremely detailed and listens to exactly what you want. I have never had a bad haircut from him. Since I have known him for such a long time it’s great to be able to go shomewhere and be in and out in a matter of minutes.

Ever since I moved to the RB/​PQ area about a year ago, I’ve been looking for a decent barber. I tried some of the more highly rated places with lots of reviews, but I must admit that I was not happy with any of the haircuts I’ve had since I’ve moved to this area. So I finally gave Teo’s a try. Now I’ve been there twice, and Peter gave me a haircut each time. I have been very happy with my experience so far. He gave a me a nice looking haircut, and all for a very reasonable price.
The place is no frills. It’s just a barber shop that caters to those with Y chromosomes. The vacuum may seem a little Flobee-​ish, but it’s a nice system that keeps hair off your neckline, which is much appreciated! If you live in the area, this is certainly a place worth checking out.

If you want a barber you can trust. This is the place to go and look for Peter who’s the owner. I’ve been going to this place for years
