Buyer beware. This store did not return a day old defective bracelet and has a no return policy. My 15 year old daughter chose this store to spend her own hard earned money for a San Diego souvenir. She got it back to the hotel room and took off the packaging and noticed it was broken. When we tried to exchange it for another one the girl at the front desk said that they could not do it. I won’t return to a store that is greedy and won’t stand behind their products. Buyer beware! One star because this is the least that I can post.

We were in SD for the Holiday Bowl and stopped in at the SD Bay Co. to pick up a few things foe people back in Nebraska. Somewhere in the trip home we lost a ring we purchased for a former foster daughter. We looked all over and could not find it. I called the SD Bay Co and asked them if we left it in the store. They called back in about 20 min and told us exactly where they placed the ring. It seems they reviewed the video tape and saw the cashier place it snugggly between two t-shits. My son had grabbed the shirts without separating them. Thank you for your attention to detail Dan from Nebraska

I was looking for a good place to buy something for my daughter, and Bay Company had a really great selection and was very reasonably priced for a touristy place. It’s worth a look

I came to visit San Diego and decided to check out the Seaport Village. Bay Compmay is located right in the front of Seaport Vlllage and what a beautiful and cute store it was! It has some of the best souvenirs and a hell of a selection! The staff was friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend coming to this store if your looking for souvenir gifts for family and friends!
