Specialties
We’re a gastrolab and craft beer pub. The Foundry specializes in craft beer, gourmet pizza and authentic Asian cuisine like Vietnamese phở. With 24 taps and over 60 types of bottled beer, you’ll always find something you like.
History
Established in 1980.
Formerly Rosaria’s Pizza, the Foundry has adapted Rosaria’s signature sandwich, pizza, and pasta recipes into our gourmet gastrolab products. We experiment with fine ingredients, fresh fruits and veggies, and pair them with craft beer to give your taste buds the dining experience they deserve.
Meet the Manager
Nick F.
Manager
Nick Flannery is the new Executive Chef bringing all of his culinary skills and pizza making fascination to The Foundry. He’s the artist behind some crazy experimental dishes like pulled pork and blue cheese pizza paired with Alexander Keith’s Nova Scotia Brown Ale, buffalo chicken pizza paired with Karl Strauss Red Trolley, and tangerine scallop ceviche paired with Goose Island Matilda. There’s always something new to try at The Foundry!
