Very pleased with the haircut I received at The Haircutters. I walked in a on Saturday. My haircuts are easy, just clippers needed. I asked how long the wait was, and the woman asked if I just needed a buzz. When I said yes, she said to sit down. So, that was a surprise given that it was Saturday afternoon. I was very pleased. She did good work, and quick work. She listened to what I wanted (which I admit is pretty easy) and I got exactly what I asked for. And, a buzz cut is only $ 15, not the $ 22 they advertise for adult cuts. So, another pleasant surprise.
It’s a large shop, comfy seating area, and they have a jug of cool water near the register. Parking is a little rough, but that is par for the course in La Jolla. I’ll return, had a good experience and was in and out very quickly.

Went looking to get a hair cut and just happened upon this place. Very clean, highly motivated, free coffee, courteous and funny, Very professional. Even though it was quitting time they still took the time to do a great job. Daniel did not rush at all.

Only down side was I couldn’t leave him a tip because of the credit card machine, and I had no cash:(So I’ll definitely be going back, not just because I owe him a tip but because he did such a great job and it’s in a great location for beach, sight seeing and food.
