The Law Office of Jacob Austin serves the San Diego and Southern California areas. Mr. Austin routinely handles cases in Downtown San Diego, Chula Vista, El Cajon and Vista. The firm was founded with a focus on the ideals and principles of the US Constitution: all clients have rights; and those rights deserve to be protected to the fullest.

Business Owner

Mr. Austin is an attorney who handles DUIs and other general criminal law violations. Jacob has consistently had successful results for his clients and prides himself in that fact.

Jacob Austin was born in rural Northern California and has a construction and real-​estate background. Due to his upbringing he learned the value of hard work and dedication.

He graduated from California State University Chico with a bachelor’s degree in political science and an emphasis in legal philosophy, and legal studies.

Jacob then went to Thomas Jefferson School of Law and decided to make San Diego his permanent residence.

Jacob has worked in the legal industry since 2010 and has extensive experience in negotiation, criminal defense, DUI, traffic ticket defense and many other areas of law.
