With only the freshest, local ingredients, our daily specials are influenced by the seasons, resulting with a menu that embodies a perfect balance of health & comfort food.



We are located in the heart of downtown San Diego’s Gaslamp District and radiate a sleek sophistication while remaining a fun, delicious, and affordable eating environment for San Diego locals and visitors alike.

Join us for Happy Hour everyday from 5 – 7 PM. $ 5 Wine, $ 5 Beer, $ 6 Cocktails or stay for our late night happy hour at the bar from 9 – 12 PM Thurs –Sat! Champagne brunch is served daily from 7am — 2pm with $ 10 bottomless mimosas.

History

Established in 2009.

The Merk Bistro opened its doors for Restaurant Week in January 2009 and has become an instant local hot spot.

The restaurant is part of The Keating Hotel & Sway Nightclub and is designed by Pininfarina, the designer of Ferrari & Maserati cars.
