Myself, Luke Middleton, has been in the real estate industry since 2003. Starting in construction and customer service, moving in to new home sales, then selling traditional real estate for the last 10 years. The Middleton Group was established in 2010.

Luke Middleton began his real estate career getting his hands dirty working construction and customer service for a national home builder. After a few years of absorbing construction knowledge, Luke traded the hard hat for a suit and became a new home sales person and Realtor. Establishing his market knowledge and sales experience in Riverside, Orange, and San Diego counties, Luke took his expertise to Canter Brokerage where he focuses on the assisting buyers and sellers through the sales process with an expertise in equity building renovation and investments. Luke has over 150 transactions under his belt.
Born and raised in Indiana, Luke takes pride in his Midwestern upbringing. Values and morals are an essential part of the real estate industry. Luke has established relationships with local realtors along with trustworthy loan, title, and escrow representatives. These relationships solidify Luke as a trustworthy and knowledgeable professional in the Real Estate industry.
