Amy is a practitioner whose lifestyle reflects her joy of helping others heal. She thrives on assisting people to find balance and vitality in their lives, and her passion shows through in all that she does.

Amy is a Reiki energy healer, and a Certified Nutritional Consultant. She obtained her certification from the Natural Healing Institute in Encinitas, CA, and is currently enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition to obtain her certification as a Holistic Health Coach.

She performs Reiki treatments weekly for patients at Sharp Memorial Hospital through their Integrative Health Department. She also performs treatments regularly for clients at Herbin Acupuncture and Wellness Center in Banker’s Hill.

My Reiki session with Amy was a wonderful experience! As a CMT, I was aware of how powerful energy work can be, but I had not yet received from a professional Reiki practitioner. I arrived with an idea of what to expect, and Amy confirmed and expanded my understanding of the art of Reiki and what might happen for/​to/​by me during her work before she began. I felt relaxed, comfortable, warm and supported throughout the session. I am deeply grateful for how Amy held a safe space to facilitate my healing: I knew the demands of the world (and this was tax season!) were far away, so that even as fearful and anxious thoughts circulated in my head, their clamor quietened. I left to go about my day with a new-​found confidence, peace and groundedness. I felt softer and lighter.

Amy is extremely insightful and healing to say the least. I felt significantly lighter and calmer afterwards. Amy’s intuition is obvious and I recommend her healing touch to anyone and everyone! She is kind and non judgmental so if its something specific you’re going through you can let her know before she starts the session. I felt like I just left an hour of yoga, meditation, and therapy all at once!

Amy is a natural healer: her powerful hands, tender heart, and striking insights combine to make for a transformative experience. Five minutes into my first Reiki session, her gentle yet knowing approach put me instantly at ease, as if I’d landed exactly where I needed to be.
Her skill at accessing deep emotions needing release was seamless and profound. I left the session feeling renewed, refreshed, reflective, relaxed. I was not the same person as before.

I went to Amy for my first reiki session ever and it was an amazing experience. I didn’t really know what to expect, but she was so welcoming and made me feel totally comfortable before starting. It was so relaxing and during the session, I had these wonderful thoughts and I felt like I reached a great meditative state. After I told Amy why I was stressed, she said before the session, «don’t worry, I’ll ground you.» She really did ground me and I started off the next week feeling refreshed and more focused on the right things. We spent about 15 minutes talking at the end of the session to go over what she observed and felt. It was spot on. Definitely recommend going to Amy! You’ll feel energized, and it’s a great reset on your mind.
