History

Established in 1993.

Started out in a broom closet of the El Cajon Century 21 Awards office prospecting until my fingers hurt. From there I built repor with some amazing clients and grew my business rapidly.

I worked hand in hand with developers in countless condo conversions throughout California. In 2007, my team and I sold over 1,600 units. It was one of the craziest markets I had ever seen and when it ended and changed… so did we.

We now have a great grasp on short sales and our clients are able to move forward from this and relieve the stress. Markets and clients are constantly changing and we must adapt with them in order to stay relevant.
