Established in 2001.
The West Group was formed after experiencing less than stellar sales representation for developers, buyers and sellers. Our talent which grew from the property management industry transferred this skill set to the sales environment and we began by representing developers on condominium buildings throughout San Diego. Our stats have been impressive since and our ability to grow values and exceed market velocity is second to none. Our resale division covers all of San Diego and we bring our development talent and experience to the sales of single family homes. The West Group is licensed in CA, OR, WA and AZ.

Tina West started her own real estate sales and brokerage firm in 2002. Today, The West Group skillfully represents diverse real estate assets throughout the West Coast. Her company has been involved in thousands of real estate transactions valued at $ 900M and growing.
Prior to launching The West Group, Tina led a poignantly successful corporate real estate career working for national and start-up companies, including Kennedy Wilson, RREEF and Monarch Group. She climbed the corporate ladder quickly becoming a Vice President early in her career. Ultimately, she departed the corporate world as an Executive Partner.
Tina West’s sharp business acumen and savvy negotiating skills set her apart. She has a passion for service and commands a deep knowledge of assets, markets, and the buyer mentality. Experienced in marketing, management, and ownership, Tina can navigate any asset through any market, and deliver the most profitable results.
