I have used Theresa as my agent since 2000. Her office has been responsive to all my needs and I intend to stay with her for the long haul!

Amy is the best! I sent her my current policy with another company — and she set up a much better situation for me paying basically the same. She explained everything perfectly and was and always is super nice. I also have my renter’s insurance. This place is awesome!

Theresa’s office has the best team members who always try their best helping clients in both English and Vietnamese. Big office is my first impression. My mom and I came in to ask for a quote for renters ins, my mom only speaks Vietnamese so I had to be the interpreter. However, LanAnh can fluently speak English and Vietnamese so I just sat there and watched her showed different quotes for my mom. She was very happy with what LanAnh had to offer. I met Theresa years back We had a fast growing friendship and as I learned about her expertise in handling home car etc insurance I quickly went to her as after 15 plus years with Mercury I was very disappointed when I adopted a Stratfordshire Terrier aka pitbull and needed to
Adjust my home policy they said they would oust me on my all policy’s if I adopted that type of breed !

Best part of it all is do they not only accept coverage for that breed but ALL Breeds your never refused .This is HUGE as well they compete with Mercury rates and have me on the exact coverage same price
So I switched All of my policies to her both cars and the house.
Better yet they touch base with you on keeping you aware to check your policy to get and have the best rates. That’s another big plus for me the highest coverage the lowest rates, best service, super professional, quick response team, friendly and welcoming …

Most insured don’t typically have to deal with the agent after signing on… Claims go through a National claims office. However, what I’ve noticed is that this agent will communicate heavily when they want to sell you more services, but does not return calls when you are asking for advice or assistance getting the claims team to move on your claim. Not sure I understand the role of the «agent» at State Farm.

I would highly recommend State Farm and Theresa Nguyen-​Muth for your insurance needs. They are really doing a great job! The only comment I would like to make is «There primary motive is to help you out first, not to earn a business from you unlike most of insurance agents or companies does. That is being reflected in their job itself!» Comparing State Farm with others does not make any sense to me when it comes selecting an insurance because I do not think other insurance companies out there could really provide you with best quote, more important — they understand your need, and with great customer service like State Farm and Nguyen-​Muth Insurance and Financial Services Inc does for you.
On a final note, I would like to thank Amy (Office Manager at Nguyen-​Muth Insurance and Financial Services Inc.) for great customer service and I look forward continuing with State Farm.

On 8÷15÷13 we went to our State Farm agent to add car insurance to our homeowners policy. We had the pleasure of being helped by Tuan Pham. He was so nice and helpful. Tuan made buying insurance an enjoyable process. Even though there are many State Farm agents much closer to our home, it is worth the drive to have someone like Tuan to help us with all of our insurance needs. I have had homeowners insurance with Theresa for over 23 years and everyone in her office has always been very professional and helpful.

This agent is exceptional because of her large, knowledgeable staff. Someone always answers the phone during business hours, something few State Farm offices do. In fact, I picked this office when I moved to San Diego by calling different State Farm offices until one actually answered; this office was the seventh. And whoever answers the phone knows how to answer your question or concern.

I have been with State Farm, Theresa Nguyen-Muth’s office for over 21 years. Theresa and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help.
I had the unfortunate of having to file for two jewelry claims. I was pleased beyond my expectations. My recent claim was filed on November 2012 for $ 7,800 for three diamond rings. My deductible for personal articles is $ 1,000, maximum coverage is $ 5,000 per claim. However, because my loss is greater than my coverage State Farm waived my $ 1,000 deductible.
My claims was handled very expeditiously; I received the check from State Farm within one week after filing for my loss. My grieve for my lost rings lessen tremendously.
