I’m not sure where these positive reviews are coming from, but I’m getting ready to file a breach of contract lawsuit against this company who claims to have a 100% money back guarantee, just try to receive it. First of all the ONLY thing I received from this company for $ 199 was an email to print out forms I could have gotten for free online. They didn’t tell me when the hearing was for the case. I was found guilty. I had to go to the courthouse to pick up the paperwork regarding the decision and actually received a rude response from the company when I asked about it. I picked the paperwork up, requested another trial which I had to represent myself at and was still found guilty. Anyway, I submitted the necessary paperwork to ticketsnipers the day I picked the paperwork up from the court. They told me to give them at least 30 days. it is now 60 days later with no refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!! you have been warned!!!

I am SOOOOOO glad I asked Ticket Snipers to help me out with my speeding ticket. After debating, researching (they seemed too good to be true), and getting an extension on my ticket, I decided to give them a try. They are backed by the BBB, so I knew it wasn’t some scam. My bail was $ 458 for this ticket because I have gotten a couple speeding tickets over the last 2 years. You pay them $ 200 for the service which includes a non refundable $ 50 service fee. If you lose, they give you $ 150 back, so all you have to lose is $ 50. One of the best parts about this service is that you don’t have to go to court and they do ALL the work for you. Since my ticket was expensive, I thought it was definitely worth a shot. I’m not even sure if my ticket was just or not, but I was pissed because there was barely anyone else on the road at midnight when I was almost home after a 2 hour drive, and I wasn’t being reckless. I thought that I actually had my cruise control on 75, and he supposedly got me at 82 with the laser. I really needed this to go away because the ticket was super expensive and I didn’t want points on my driving record.
First I did their dismissal calculator, and it gave me a 79% chance of winning my case. So then I called them around the end of October, 2015. It was very close to the deadline of how much time they need before the payment and case was due… I think 10 days is what they need. The guy I spoke with was very kind and asked me some questions about what happened when I got my ticket. He then asked me to send a copy of the ticket, which apparently includes tons of important I never would have even paid attention to. He called me back to say that I had a very strong chance of winning and that I just needed to answer 19 questions in an email about the incident. After they sent me the questionnaire, I answered them to the best of my ability. Three days later, they sent me a 6 page trial by written declaration with all forms I needed to sign. The argument (statement of facts) that was written blew me away… these guys know their sh*t!!! All I had to do was sign the documents and hand everything in to the court… painless!
The person at the courthouse told me it would be about 2 months (about the end of December) before I heard any results. It is now early January 2016… I got a letter in the mail a few weeks ago that the ticket was dismissed and I was found NOT GUILTY!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! Today I got my check in the mail for the bail (you have to pay the bail no matter what, and then if you win the case the court refunds the bail to you) in the amount of $ 458. So Instead of paying $ 458 and having a 3^rd speeding ticket on my record within 2 years, I only paid $ 200 to get rid of this, my driving record is not damaged, and my insurance will not go up!!!
Ticket Snipers made this process unbelievably easy. They are like legal angels who saved me quite a bit of money, and also saved my driving record. They really do know what they are doing and know traffic law inside and out. Especially if your ticket is expensive… USE THEM! You will not regret it. Just make sure you follow the instructions precisely and in a timely manner.

This company is a fraud. They do not refund any of your money back you gave them to defend you for a ticket. I sent them all the info they requested including a copy of the post dated envelope the court sent me showing my guilty verdict within the 10 day period they require. It has been since June 15, 2015. I have sent two letters and numerous phone calls leaving them a message to call me back. They never answer their phones, the fax line is always busy and there is never a return call. Their recorded line says they will call you back in 24 hours.
If you do not mind paying double for your ticket — a fee to the court and a fee to Ticket Snipers go ahead and hire them!

Had 2 tickets submitted. They did not help nor did they refund anything at all. Stay away!

Scam scam scam!!! Money back guarantee my ass! I paid them 200 $ to fight my ticket, they LOST so I had 400 $ to the court AND they refused to give me my money back! I live hundreds of miles away from the court where I got the ticket so even tho I emailed them the courts ruling the SECOND I got it in the mail like they asked they denied my refund bc it was one day later then their «policy» it’s the holidays so the mail is slower then usual & I had no control over that! Now I’m out 600 $ total and have a point on my record. They will find a way to not refund your money I certified all my letters and followed their instructions exactly. Such bs!

Avoid this place at all costs! It’s cheaper if you go to court yourself. If you lose, consider your loses twice because ticket sniper will refuse to issue you a refund even though you adhered to their refund policy. Don’t use them! Speed away from them!

I strongly recommend ticket sniper. I had two trafic tickets and both had dismissal using their service. Customer serice was very kind, especially Sarah helped me to resolve difficult case that was past due by my mistake.

Do not use this company. They had no problem answering my phone call when I signed up and they took payment. I called several times to clarify a few things and they would never get back to me and never reimbursed me like they said on there sight. It was all because they would not return my phone messages!!!

I have never written a one star review, but feel compelled to do so for this company because it is absolutely deserved.
After loosing my case, I emailed them and received a quick response to submit the paperwork, which I immediately did-​then crickets. I did everything by the book, making all the deadlines, submitting proof of mailing everything on time, and they simply will by respond to me. After countless email attempts and messages left I decided to stop by the office and confront them because the address listed is within 20 minutes from me– to my surprise the company address is a residential apartment complex, with no actual suite that’s listed.
I really just wanted a response, how is it that this can happen? I have put in a request and complaint with the merchant processing company as well as BBB, I recommend doing the same if you have a bad experience with them-​sometimes you can get your money back through your credit card company. If you choose to use the service be prepared to not get any response to requests for help once they’ve received your payment and sent you your documents.

I used their service and lost the case, and am betting their success rate that they boast is false. If you want a ticket fought, don’t do it by written declaration, hire a law firm that will go and deal with it in person.

Don’t use these guys. It’s a scam and their refund policy is a gimmick. Others have posted a similar review. Please save your money.

I couldn’t be happier with my results!
After receiving a speeding ticket I didn’t feel was fair, I enlisted the service of Ticket Snipers. The refund policy really caught my attention. I figured I would give it a try. I submitted my paperwork as instructed, and after a few weeks of nervous waiting on results, I was notified by the court that my ticket was dismissed!
Saved me time away from work, raising insurance rates, and points on my record! Totally worth every penny!

Ticket Snipers did a good job of understanding my situation, and writing up a Legal Document based on facts in regards to my moving violation. I followed each step of their procedures. My moving violation was fully dismissed & my bail money was returned. It took a number of months to follow the courts procedures, and if you decide to use «Ticket Snipers» they might be able to help you as they did I. They are very efficient and professional in my experience.

Extremely rude and don’t even give you your refund back when the citation passes a certain point of date from contesting. Very disappointing

I’m giving this business one star only because that is the least you can give. You will have better luck showing up to court yourself if you have anything but a «red light’ ticket.
This company totally lies about the money back guarantee. They will end up using a technicality and keeping your fee. Save your money!

Buyer beware! I found Ticket Snipers online and was initially impressed by their claimed success rate. I forwarded my ticket, and received their invoice and their Terms and Conditions.
The first red flag was that the 100% money back guarantee failed to mention a non refundable $ 50 «document drafting fee». The second red flag was checking Unilocal reviews where roughly 50% of the reviews were unsatisfactory… people who were unsuccessful fighting their tickets. Several specifically mentioned the false claim above, while others complained about the 10 day time limit from the court ruling date on the letter.
Acting on the concerns mentioned in these reviews, I took a second, very careful look at the Terms and noticed that Ticket Snipers held the customer fully responsible for notifying them within 10 days of the ruling date on the letter that the Court sends out after its ruling. The Terms do not clarify business or calendar days, and from past experience I know that the date you actually receive the Court letter, and the ruling date on it can sometimes be several days, or even a week apart. According to the negative Unilocal Reviews, Ticket Snipers sneakily uses this loophole to get out of paying their falsely claimed refund.
So I took it upon myself to make a slight revision to the Terms to suggest that the 10 days start upon receipt by the customer, rather than the date on the letter… as any gap between the two is outside of the customer’s control.
The response from Ticket Snipers was the third red Flag… that they wouldn’t change their onerous Terms & Conditions. Thus they will not get my business.

Not only will the court refund my entire bill amount, the court clerk will also remove the driving relation from my permanent record, so I will not incure any future insurance increase. IM VERY HAPPY!!;)
I got a red light ticket December 2014. My close friend told me about Ticket Snipers. I was a little hesitant but he raved about it so I decided to go for it. And I’m glad I did. The reason why I’m giving four stars is because it was really hard to get a hold of someone. But when they finally returned my phone calls after a few days they were extremely helpful.

I had a terrible experience. Lost the ticket trial. They refused the refund because I submitted the request in 11 calendar days from the verdict. The court notice took several business days to get to me. And Ticket snipers deceptively left out the 10 calendar days.
They say «lose the ability to issue a refund after the (10) day period has expired.»
IGNORE the positive reviews. Heed the 1-​star reviews for they truly represent the despicable business that Ticket Snipers operate…
P. S. They advertise as A+ from the BBB. NOT TRUE. Check it yourself. They currently have a B rating. I’ve filed a complaint to the San Diego BBB.

Been meaning to return their «nice gesture» of sending me a personal email asking me to remove my comment. In return, they would «Credit» me $ 50 for any future business. (Yep, credit, NOT REFUND.)
First off, I’ve made it a goal to help others from using this dishonest service of 100% money back guaranty. There is no such thing. What makes you think I would ever seek out your services.
Secondly, I just realized they now only give you 10 calendar days for a refund. (Reading their most recent reviews.) Calendar, NOT BUSINESS DAYS!
Third, thing about how you are offering to «buy my negative review», make me wonder how easy it is for you to «buy positive reviews». Hmmmmm…
Finally, if you were truly a confident company who stands by their word. Why not offer a 100% money back guaranty? Are you not confident in your product that you must hedge your bets? It can’t cost you that much to cut and paste from one rebuttal letter to another. (At least that’s what my report looked like.) emails don’t cost that much to send either.
(Hate leaving negative feedback but, I do have to give the credit when credit is due. This is what Unilocal is about right? Honest and unbiased feedback from customers.)
