I am absolutely thrilled with Lola. She is very well spoken and knows exactly what she is doing during procedures. Lola takes the time to explain everything in depth and shows genuine interest in what you have to say. It’s extremely comforting being able to trust someone who is pointing lasers at your skin! Lola is a very intriguing person so she will keep you at ease as well as entertained even throughout a 45 minute procedure. She’s definitely the reason I keep coming back!

This review is specifically to compliment Rania, she is an esti at Timeless. I have received other procedures from other staff but this review is for her! She is absolutely amazing! Rania really knows what she is doing and how to work with your skin. She is very passionate about her work and you can tell she truly loves what she does. My skin is COMPLETELY different then it was a year ago… much less problematic, tight, firmer, less oily, clear, lin es have softened up and no discoloration at all. Her products are gentle but effective and she tailors each visit for your skin and makes adjustments to ensure your skin will be radiant and glowing! Rania is also the eyebrow master!!! She totally fixed mine up, which were so thin and uneven from threading. And in my 20 years or so of eyebrow waxing (done by everyone under the sun), IT DOES NOT HURT! I don’t know how she does it lol! Rana is also a sweetheart, the type of person you look forward to seeing. I hope she never retires because she has a client for life!

I have been a regular client at Timeless for a few years now and have always been happy with my experience. I have had facials with an esthetician as well as services that require an R.N. Everybody here is very professional and friendly. I have never felt pressured to buy services or products. The front desk is always welcoming and helpful. I will continue to be a regular client for years to come.

This place is tops at taking a thriving business and driving it into the ground with their underhanded tactics. I have been going to Timeless for about 6 years, spending thousands of dollars per year on services for myself and even family members. That’s over. In August 2015 I purchased what I thought was the same filler I had used before, but learned yesterday it was an inferior one that can lead to «sagging» lol — just what I was after! I had wondered why the filler felt different and now it all makes sense. Lola seems very knowledgeable and professional but the new owner is not. I couldn’t agree more with the positive reviews about Michelle, but she hasn’t been there in a year or so. She was one of the former owners and the nurse I always asked for when scheduling appointments. When I became upset yesterday because I had paid for an inferior filler (that I told them to throw away), they offered to give me a 30−40% discount on a new service. lol They should have offered to give me the original filler I thought I was getting in the first place – a no brainer! Too bad, it used to be a reliable place to get skin care products and services. Not any more.

Excellence and extraordinary service provided by Lola, the RN, for my fillers and Botox appointment! She was genuinely delightful from her exceptional knowledge about the procedures I was going to be getting, going over the procedures from start to finish and was professional, which truly calmed my nerves, her attention and precise attention to details were truly appreciated.
Not to mention, Lola is not only talented at her craftsman ship, she has a real eye for precision in injections and fillers. The procedures were painless and I couldn’t be happier with her breathtaking work. In addition, she truly has an authentic and caring demeanor too. What more could I ask for? I scheduled the next appointment with the delightful young lady at the front desk, who was eager to help.
I can’t wait to discover further services at timeless, and a big thank you to Lola for making me beautiful, and this is where anyone should want to go to get the best procedures at a fair price but a priceless result! Thank you Timeless, for your friendly staff being so accommodating but especially for an RN like Lola, I feel like I’ve been touched by a rejuvenation Angel! I love my results!

I’m pretty happy with this place. Every 2 months I come in for laser hair removal, and have been doing so since the spring (March, I think). Results wise, I’ve seen a big difference and really love the results.
My favorite nurses are Barb and Lola. Both are very careful and patient during the procedure, and have really liked the results. The receptionists are also friendly. I usually speak to Cassidy, but someone else answered the phone the other day and she was friendly too.
Price wise, it’s expensive but definitely worth it. I pay between $ 240 – 270 per visit (depends if they have any deals going on).
It does seem like they changed ownership or management since my August visit. They have a new front desk, and they have this new waiting room that I’ve never seen before that they took me to. They always offer something to drink before the visit.
Overall, I’m satisfied and will probably keep going there until all that pesky hair is gone.

I love this place! I have been coming her for almost 2 years and would not consider another spot. My Botox treatments are handled quickly, professionally, and the results are NO parenthesis. If I don’t get wine prior, that’s fine because I’m driving. You look better and feel better with water — that’s an easy way to refresh! I would love to try their other services because Botox couldn’t be better.

I’ve been going to Timeless for many years. I love all the ladies there who really take the time to explain their services. I appreciated Cassidy’s willingness to accommodate my hectic schedule with either 15 mins early or later for certain appointments. She also provided a series of microdermabrasion that really helped improve the look of my skin.

This place is NOT what it used to be since it changed ownership. I get fillers, Botox, latisse & laser hair removal so I spend a lot of money here every few months.
They hardly answer the phone when you call, they take a day or two to call you back for an appointment. I only see one RN there, no one else. The last time I booked with her, she went home sick the morning of my evening appointment & they never called me to tell me. So I show up & I have to see a new RN. The whole time she was doing my Botox she was telling me that I should not get the filler there & I should get it at the other place she works at in Hillcrest!
Another time I was in there getting my filler (right after they changed ownership in Jan) the owner walked into the room while I was getting filler in my lips! He didn’t even knock!!! He stood there & asked what I was getting! It was so uncomfortable & rude.
And last but not least… The reception area does not look professional. It looks like a desk you’d have a home. You can see all their paperwork everywhere. It looks really weird. The two receptionists NEVER look professional. They are not dressed presentable. Not polished at all! I wouldn’t even let my child dress like that at all, let alone at work!
I would spend around $ 600-​$ 1000 every 4−6months in there. Since ownership has changed, I will not be returning. They’re still priced pretty high & they do not operate professionally at all.

My experience with Timeless was amazing, very freindly staff, professional and excellent service, I had Botox and Voluma, didn’t feel pressured at all, and results were amazing, I am definately coming back. I highly recommend this place

I really didn’t want to leave a less than stellar review, but this place is not what it used to be…
First off, for those of you that have visited this place in the past, it is no longer owned by sweet Michelle the RN. No more wine before your treatments, and not so much a classy «spa» like atmosphere…
I have been to Timeless 2 – 3 times over 2 years ago and decided to come back for an IPL treatment. When I first arrived, the receptionist was less than interested to see me, she made me fill out more paperwork, fine, and then I sat in the lobby for 30 minutes while she whizzed by, stressing out, and complaining that she was going to be late for her other job. I had come early as they requested in order to have numbing cream applied before my treatment. As time went on, I asked when I would be seen, and she replied, «well you know you are early, right?» Yes! You told me to come early! Then she handed me a jar of numbing cream and a bottle of face cleanser and told me to go to the bathroom to clean and apply… I have never had to clean my own face before a treatment?!? Also, I had no idea how to use the numbing cream so I just applied all over my face. About 10 minutes later I felt like I was going to pass out, the cream made me so nauseous that one of the nurse practitioners rushed me back to remove the cream and give me water because she could see I was no OK.
Once I entered the room to receive my treatment, the other NP flipped on the loud laser and was getting ready to begin. I had to insist that she stop and walk me thru what she was doing and why. I told her what I wanted to fade acne scarring and come to find out, IPL is not even the treatment I needed! I went ahead anyway because it couldn’t hurt, and she start the laser. The actual procedure was not bad because she used a very low setting on my face, and THANK GOD because after she was finished, she cranked up the laser to (²⁰⁄₁₈??) and tested a spot on the inside of my arm for the next treatment… I left the place with 4 burn marks and a strong burning sensation (see pic).
I want to be talked to, asked what my intended results were, guided to appropriate treatments, and kept in the loop when the schedule is behind — ya know treated as if I matter!
I hope I just caught them on an «off» day, but I have to say I will not be going back to Timeless :(

The service is nice, but the price is not friendly. The first time I paid for my sublation laser $ 350 when I went back for the second time they charged me $ 900 because it was not on promotion. If I had known I have to pay this much I would not have come.

I had a great time getting my facial. It took me a week to get what I wanted because the esthetician worked upon appointments only and I wanted to do their Tuesday Facial promo for $ 65 but ended up leaving paying $ 180 including tip and everything. I felt mislead and uncomfortable at the time to confront the situation but I won’t be returning because it just felt like they didn’t really care to give their clients information such as «what I’m going to give you is going to be more than double of what you booked for». if this was the case I could’ve just booked an appointment somewhere in La Jolla… why did I even wait a week to get ripped off? I hate being lied to.

I’ve been coming to Timeless Age Defying Clinic for awhile now mainly for Botox. Great customer service, everyone is very friendly and the appointments are quick and painless.
I always recommend this place to friends who ask about Botox.

Just had a IPL with Shoni and I must say she was the BEST! very knowledgeable & very through. I have been other places with poor service & outdated equipment. you will NOT find that here! I finally found a GREAT place for my treatments! :)

Timeless Age Defying Laser is my go-​to place for Botox and IPL. Prices are reasonable ($ 199/​IPL and $ 10/​unit for Botox — cheaper during their frequent parties). Ask for Michelle, she’s incredibly precise with Botox, I never have to go back for touch ups. IPL’s make my skin absolutely glow and are worth the cost, I recommend using the numbing cream at home for 1 ½ hours beforehand otherwise you will feel every zap. They use a special numbing cream that is much more powerful and I can barely feel the IPL, whereas with other salons it was extremely painful.
They frequently have open house parties — for special occasions like Valentine’s day and their services are offered at a very steep discount — look out for those!

I have a patch of spider veins the size of a big man’s fist in the middle of my thigh. (Sexy review, huh?) Each vein is hair-​thin, but the patch overall is dark and has been apparent since my early 20s. I’d been looking into surface vein laser treatments, and a $ 69 LivingSocial deal for a 10-​minute laser session at Timeless Age-​Defying Laser Clinic (TADLC) turned up.
When I called TADLC to make an appointment I had questions. For obvious reasons the staff couldn’t guarantee results after one or more sessions, but I was able to get the nice soft-​spoken receptionist to agree to this statement: «The vast majority of patients experience at least some obvious results after a single session.» (The TADLC owner, an RN who did my treatment, agreed to the same statement.) Alright, I thought, and purchased the LivingSocial deal after I was assured LivingSocial customers can purchase additional sessions at the same discounted price at any time.
A big negative:
I was emailed 4 pages to complete prior to my appointment, but the significant bulleted lists of pre-​treatment and post-​treatment instructions weren’t given to me until after my treatment.
When I arrived at my April appointment – in case you’re not familiar with the area, TADLC is located on the 2^nd level of the plaza in a corner next to Jenny Craig – I waited a few minutes in the small, clean waiting room and then was taken to a room by a young lady with a camera. Camera Girl, I have to say, wasn’t very professional and didn’t make me feel very comfortable. I gathered that she was there to take my «before» shots, but she didn’t introduce herself or explain anything to me. Furthermore, she wasn’t proficient in using the camera and couldn’t obtain a clear photo even after I explained to her that the flash was reflecting off my pale skin when she took the photo just inches from my leg.
The treatment itself? It’s actually quite painful, and every once in a while a particularly nasty vein really made me clench my teeth. The things we do for beauty.
Don’t make the same mistake I did by chit chatting and taking your sweet time changing positions on the treatment bed. When the timer went off my time was up. I suppose I expected to get a few more zaps being that I easily wasted 30 seconds positioning myself during the session, but that wasn’t the case.
Bruising was substantial, much more so than I expected. The treated area was red and puffy and bumpy immediately after my session and for about the next 12 hours. During the week following my session I experienced bruised veins of all colors of the rainbow and some minor itchiness. Then, for several more weeks, the bruising persisted to an extent that I contemplated scheduling a free post-​treatment appointment to make sure my boo-​boos were within the realm of normalcy.
Right now I’m moderately pleased with the results of my first session, but I was told the full extent of a session’s success may not become apparent for 2 – 3 months. I do plan to purchase another session and will update my review accordingly.

I discovered this place during spa week maybe about three years back? I have been coming back ever since for laser hair removal for underarms and bikini line maintenance/​touch up. Whatever you want to call it. What keeps me coming back? The quality of the facility and the fact that the staff is AMAZING. This is where customer service really keeps you coming back. The prices are in line with most laser hair removal procedures but they run monthly specials that hook you in.
I have tried another place for laser work and I absolutely hated it. It was more of a salon than a medical spa and they herd you like cattle. Rushing you and not even offering the numbing cream unless you asked. Even when you did they were super cheap about it and didn’t give enough time for absorption. This totally does not happen at Timeless. They totally take your time and make you feel relaxed.
There was one incident where my skin didn’t react well with one of the sessions I had and I called Timeless and they made it a point to immediately see me that day.
I haven’t tried their other products/​services yet but I would definitely try it here!
