Timeshare Exit Team

I heard about tset on 1010wins radio and decided to give them a call. This was the call i will never forget. I had timeshare with diamond resorts and i was tricked into buying a vacation club i didnt need back in 2012. The maintenance kept going up and they would not allow me to close the account. I had over $ 9000 balance plus that i couldn’t keep paying. Tset was very professional and assuring… too good to be true. But six months later diamond resorts cancelled my account and its like a heavy burden have been lifted off my back. My tset representative kept me up to date each month on the progression of the case and also did a follow up with me a few weeks later after I’d recieved my official exit letter in the mail. I realize its sooo much affordavle to just book my vacation myself through expedia and keep that maintenance fee in my kids bank accounts. Thank you tset for helping me get my finacial life back. We had a time share that we have never been able to use. We thought it was a good investment since it was thru Hilton and we were told at the time that we could use at any Hilton hotel. (Yes we stupidly believed them). Our annual maintenance fee continued to jump — up to just under $ 1000/​Year and we were desperate to get rid of it. We had tried working with Hilton but they were completely unresponsive.
We found TimeShare Exit Team at a home show. Of course skeptical — Got their info and checked them out.
We set up a Saturday appointment and were very impressed. Ryan was a straight talker, answered all of our questions and there was no pressure. The contract is 1 page and in plain English. It was expensive but they guaranteed to sell within 18 months or our money back (yes it’s in the contract). Just over 6 months and its SOLD. We are all done with it.
They completely delivered on every promise. Cannot recommend them highly enough!
EDIT: This is how good they are. Ryan contacted us to make sure we clarify that the correct terminology should be «…guarantee to break the contract or our money back…» AND «…just over 6 months and we are out of our timeshare!».
I used the words sell and sold — he wanted to make sure no one got incorrect information.

We met with Ryan on a Saturday morning and decided to give them a try– glad we did. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t cheap, but after 6 months we are finally done with it and received all of our final closing documents in the mail a few weeks ago! We would definitely recommend them !

We needed to get rid of two, yes TWO, different timeshares both of which were increasing in monthly maintenance fees. We’ve had one of the timeshares for 15 years but with fees increasing primarily due to ownership changes, there was no way we could justify paying for the fees. With the second timeshare only 5 – 6 years in our possession, there was a significant balance in the «mortgage» payment.
We met with Ryan in the San Diego office in December 2014. He gave us a run down on their process, what they had to do, etc. Although he gave us no definite timeline, he did say that they had never failed to exit from a timeshare. He gave us the guarantee that if they failed, they would refund their fees but reiterated that they had never failed before.
We were given a Client Manager whom we would deal with directly if we had any questions, and who gave us a monthly status report. There was a period when we did not hear from them and when I inquired (and copied Ryan), it turned out that the person assigned to us had left the company, and in the shuffle, we did not receive one or two status reports. The new manager, Michele, made it a point to send us a monthly updates.
At the end of the day, it was a waiting game. Waiting for Timeshare Exit Team to do their magic. So at the end of August, we were finally free from both of the timeshares.
