Established in 1995.

Touch of Balance was opened on 1995 by Mark Otjens a Holistic Health Practitioner. With over 14,000 massage since opening, Mark has helped to relieve migraines, back and body pain as well as work with athletes and their injuries. In 2003 Mark became a Diplomat in Asian Bodywork Therapy through the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Mark has been my massage therapist for I think 12 years now. He gives an excellent massage to relieve stress and works to get your problem area taken care of, especially with the use of accupressure. I continue to recommend his services to those in need of them or if one just needs a relaxing hour. I frequently fall asleep during me sessions, I am that relaxed.

I have been going to Mark Otjens for acupressure massages for over 20 years. He has magic in his hands — knows just where to apply the right amount of pressure and give a wonderful massage. I would recommend him for anyone who has stress in their shoulders or back — he makes it feel so much better. Now that I’m retired and not feeling the same amount of stress — I still have him come to my home once a month for a soothing, relaxing way to unwind after a fun day at the blackjack tables!
