Transition Guidon specializes in helping military members, veterans, and their dependents transition from military life to civilian life in the most efficient and fulfilling manner. We partner with our clients and coach them through their Transition, Life, and Success at all stages.

History

Established in 2014.

Transition Guidon is run by Gerry Casillas and his trusted partners. Gerry is a former Marine Sergeant who served 7 years. After being medically discharged, he attained a business degree from San Diego State University and studied Industrial/​Organizational Psychology in a graduate program. Gerry has started a successful corporation in the past but now aims to give back to his Military brethren and their families with whom he identifies the most.

Gerry started Transition Guidon because the transition process can be stressful and overwhelming with out the right guidance. Gerry cares about the success of every one of his brethren. Gerry and his partners coach by phone anywhere you are as they partner with you throughout your Transition, Life, and Success.
