Complete waste of my time. The lady who interviewed me was arrogant and treated me like I didnt have skills. Almost seemed like she was trying to intimidate me with how «serious» the employer was. They obviously aernt to serious using a temp agency. Would have preferred a no drama interview. They didnt call me back. I have 20 years sales and customer service I could have done her job better…

Don’t waste you’re time with this temp agency. I will say the one recruiter I was working with was extremely helpful and nice Caitlyn. She tried to place me but I got sick and couldn’t interview. I got a nasty rude phone call from Tammy, demanding I call her back immediately. I’m sorry but who are you??? I have been dealing with Caitlyn, since day one!!! Once I was done being sick I asked if Caitlyn could help me again, I got a email from a Denise telling me Caitlyn, was no longer there, and she would pull my file, that was 10days ago! I have since found another position on my own!!! Denise, proceeds to call me 10 days later and right before closing stating «she’s trying to get a hold of me». I’m sorry 10 days later is unacceptable and then you want to start all over again and go thru my background and experience that is a waste of my time!!! The only helpful recruiter in that office was Caitlyn! I knew it was to good to be true a nice recruiter when all in this office are rude!!!

BEWARE of this agency! I have been dealing with Tristaff group for two years! and at first I had nothing but good things to say about the people I dealt with but until recently they assigned me a new recruiter and the problem began! PLEASE BE AWARE! if you ever become unemployed and start to receive unemployment and tristaff starts to suggest jobs to you be very careful! RUN!!! THEY ARE REPORTING YOU TO UNEMPLOYMENT OFFICE EDD without you knowing! be very careful Kacey Short was my recruiter and it has come to light that this woman has been recording conversations you have with her and cc’ing them to the HR director Janet Pruett! Sending reports to the HR LADY about you and reporting them to the Edd department! This nasty woman goes out of her way to report you to unemployment and they seem to work together and get joy out of hurting you as long as they are saving the agency money by not paying for your unemployment ! I recently went to trial with them after they were claiming I was denying work from them and the quality of jobs they offer are awful and plain insulting to your intelligence! They were reporting me because I wasn’t interested in applying for a 2 day job doing phone marketing and because of this I am in a legal mess with the Edd! During the trial the judge was Calling me out for «refusing» work and Janet Pruett and Kacey short were snickering and laughing to themselves in front of me and the judge! They made it clear they are wicked evil people who aren’t out to help you but to profit off you and then turn on you ! I don’t want people to fall under the same trap I did so please refuse to work with these people and save yourself a heartache later! There are far better and more professional agencies out there that don’t do this to people! what they are doing is straight malice and unprofessional! Needless to say after they publicly bullied and humiliated me I will NEVER EVER work for this agency again!!! Upon leaving court they followed behind me snickering and laughing! this is just blew my mind on the level of evil these people from this agency are and I will be informing the public on this! on another note the front desk staff is equally unprofessional as this guy name Johnny I believe also reports you to the Edd and every time I called to ask a general question he gave me an attitude and was so rude!!! this agency has aweful customer service as well! STAY AWAY!!! Nothing but bad juju from these people!

I answered an online ad posted by Tristaff. Tammy called me and asked me to come in for testing. The day of my appointment I had to test before I even saw Tammy. I had very high test scores. Tammy spent all of about 5 minutes with me and then ushered me out the door saying she would call me. The only communication I received from her was initiated by me. Luckily I signed up at two other agencies that were very responsive and I found work. Don’t waste your time with Tristaff.

I recently moved to San Diego and have dealt with several of the agencies around here with zero luck. They all said «Your resume looks great! We will find you something in no time!» Yet none of them found me me a job. Then Tristaff called. I am absolutely thrilled with this company!
They found me a job immediately, and it is a permanent job that I’m extremely excited about. It pays more than the minimum I requested (rare in agencies!). Plud it is in a well respected company that I couldn’t be happier with. I felt like this was the first agency to give me something I was perfectly qualified for. The others offered jobs that I knew I was over qualified for, all because they were trying to fill positions with anyone who would take them. Not the case here, I explained that I wasn’t interested in a call center job, and she never tried to push one on me.
I’ve been working with Sharon and she is absolutely amazing. We have great communication and she has helped me so much. She definitely calmed my nerves before the interview by giving me tips and reassurance. It is so nice being treated like a valuable employee at an agency, very refreshing!
I have worked with a decent agency in the past (before I moved) but this has been a far better experience. Do be prepared to take the typical tests. They get old after applying to a million agencies but remember, they do it because they want quality employees.
