Consistently excellent service.
I’ve been coming to Trophy for about two years for auto detailing. Not only are the results excellent, but their customer service is great too. And to top it all off the prices are reasonable… especially considering that the results are top notch. It’s definitely worth the trip into PB.

This place is a miracle worker. I have used them on three separate occasions to get paint off of my bumper and the last procedure I had done was to get my back bumper completely repainted as well as fix a ding in my door.
They did an IMMACULATE job!!! My bumper looks as good as new and they were able to extremely reduce the size of my dent. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone as they are efficient, respectful and amazing at what they do.

Did respond to you. My timeline is accurate. I haven’t been in San Diego as long as you suggest. I’m upset by the inconsistency. Felt like I was lied to. You’re right. I can’t comment on the actual wash/​wax. Just the customer service.

Been here a couple times and have received great results each time. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Their work is excellent. The highest service I shelled out for was the clay bar level. They were very fast but didn’t skimp on ensuring quality work was done. Even when they pulled my car out, they did some more detailing making sure it was perfect. I normally detail my own car but when I need to have that professional touch, I’ll definitely go back here.

Its taken me a while to find the right car detailing place. I found this on Unilocal and its great. I must admit its very easy to miss it when driving to the location. But the staff is nice, the facility is clean, and they are very prompt. Usually the time estimation they give me is right on point! Keep up the good work!

Due to past experience, I am real skeptical of detail shops. They did a top notch job. I got a wash and wax done. My car hasn’t shone like this since I drove it away from the dealership three years ago. I expected to pay well over $ 100, and was surprised that it only cost me $ 85. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car back here. I definitely give them two thumbs up.

My car looked great, and I was happy with their work! Also, everyone was friendly and helpful.
Only one less star because my car was ready before they said it would be, but they didn’t call me to tell me that, so I was running errands on feet when I would pass by and see it parked to the side, looking ready shiny and done! Maybe they just slipped on the call, but either way it’s not enough to deter me from coming back.
I think they did great work and I want to fit a regular visit here into the budget — it’s worth it.

This business is an example of how positive every customer experience should be no matter what hurdles you may run into. I give you my word that they will handle any issue with professionalism and always put the customer first. They did an amazing job on my Jeep and literally hand picked each horse hair out of my carpet. I fish and frequent the horse ranch. This Jeep was covered in dirt, blood, fish guts, horse hair and hay. It looks BRAND NEW! Thank you Trophy for handling my experience with such a customer first mentality.

It’s no coincidence that every Trophy Auto review is 5 star. The guys at Trophy not only do an excellent job at actual car detailing but they are good people.
A hippie tried to stuff a bicycle into my car
–_​_​– and clearly I was not happy. Especially since the bike tire left a gnarly stain on my seat. Imagine how awesome it felt when the fellow cleaned it off for me and as I whipped out my wallet to pay said «hey, don’t worry about it, we’ll catch you next time».
Easily the coolest thing someone has done for me all year.
See, I told you. Good people.

My car was very dirty before bringing it into Trophy Auto Spa. I had water marks on the complete passenger side of my car that had been there for awhile. I called a couple other places and was given ridiculous quotes on removing them. On top of that I had some small scratches on the rear passenger side door on the driver side. After calling several other detail companies and receiving outrageous quotes I found Trophy Auto Spa on Unilocal.I called them up and spoke to Marcus where I received great customer service. He quoted me a price on the phone that I payed at the end, no bait and switch shenanigans. When I took my car in JP handled everything and was very informative and friendly. My car looks brand new now, they removed all the water marks and got rid of the small scratches I had. I’m extremely happy and would most definitely refer them to anyone looking for an auto detailing service.

Came here on a recommendation. AWESOME place.
Needed to get the backseat of my suv detailed after a passenger had an accident… Exactly the price as quoted over the phone, they probably should have charged me more. I tipped them $ 10, almost what they charged me of $ 15, which wasn’t a lot (not sure if I was supposed to, but I felt like they deserved it!!)

When it comes to my recent car, I am very picky with taking it to certain washes to get it cleaned. This is one of the places that I trust it with. I’ve already been here twice and it got better with each experience. Check-​in and they take off $ 5 from a detail package.
The location is next to Ace Hardware so slow down before you pass the entrance. Your car is cleaned in a garage-​style warehouse and it is a waterless type of detail. The owner and rest of the staff are pretty friendly plus they take their time and care with your automobile. With that said, I decided to get the Bronze annual package which include 8 mini-​details and 4 PB details for a year (1 detail a month). Super affordable if you tend to get your car cleaned often.
I highly recommend this place.

It was a little hard to find, as it’s tucked into a garage in the alley between Grand and Hornblend. My car needed a long overdue wax job, as well as some interior carpet cleaning and deodorizing due to a water spill in my trunk.
The total job took about 3 ½ hours. They were able to remove a lot of the scratches, but informed me that I would need to come back later for a sanding and polish to remove some of the deeper scratches.
Later that day, I noticed that the plastic piece for my gas door lever was missing. I went back a few minutes after they had closed and Marcus was able to retrieve the piece that was inside the vacuum cleaner with no issues.
I won’t hesitate to come back whenever I need more detail work done on my ride.

Called about getting an exterior only wash. Marcus told me to come right over and he got me in right away. I was impressed that they use the waterless wash method as I’ve been really interested in this method and how well it does. Well I was thoroughly impressed! The exterior wash was quick yet extremely well done! They also did an amazing job on cleaning my wheels, which I’m quite picky about.
I typically wash my cars myself but after visiting Trophy that very well may change. 5 stars well deserved!
