You have to go here if your body is in any type of pain and in need of a massage. I regularly get massages from Vanessa and she is the best massage therapist in San Diego. I started seeing her 5 months after I was rear ended in a car accident and the chiropractic massages were failing to provide me with the relief I needed. Shortly after she started working on my neck and back, I began to feel less pain and was able to get the full range of motion my neck lacked. The best part about getting a massage from Vanessa is that she really cares about how you’re feeling, what’s been bothering you, and what you want worked on so every time I go I get a personalized experience. She offers great advice on stretches and exercises to help your body long term, she’s very professional and doesn’t push rebooking. I love that I have options on how to pay, she accepts cash, credit, and check, and she has massage packages that are a great value. Also, she just started doing inch loss body wraps. Her massage studio is shared with an aesthetician and is next door to a nail studio, so if you plan it right you could have a full day of pampering.
