Wonderful service. They were quick, kind., and helpful. Tony came and towed me late this evening, can’t thank them enough. Hopefully won’t need to call soon, but I’ve programmed the number in my phone. Thank you again.

I absolutely love this company! I have a lowered Honda Civic 09, and they were able to tow my car (unlike other towing companies)! Not only that, but it was in my works parking garage on the 4^th floor. The guy that helped me, his name was Alfredo, he was amazing! I got to ride in the truck with him to the car shop I needed to get my car too and he was very informational. I really recommend Two Bit Two and especially Alfredo! He came quickly despite the rain!

Be careful with this company. I’m an automotive tech, and the shop I work at uses two bit tow. So when I had a problem with my car I called them to get towed to my shop. They jacked the price up during the first phone conversation. It ended up being cheaper to use a different tow company, that has real tow trucks not old beat up trucks with even more beat up trailers. I bet they scam people all the time. However all their drivers are always very nice, just seams that their management is crooked.

Tweakers!!! the guys that picked me up had a syringe in the ashtray. A smashed in dashboard and a screwdriver in the ignition they told me it would take about an hour to get to me it took them almost 2 hours then they couldn’t get the trailer to work or the wench … worst experience I’ve ever had. And I had to move before I could write a review so that they wouldn’t come to where I dropped my car off I was that afraid. As a recovering addict this was a huge trigger for me and nobody should have ever had to experience what I did!

A few years back, these guys were at the right place at the right time, they just started helping me an got me to a shop, quick and courteous, thanks guys.

I meant to do this sooner but I wanted to leave a comment about the service I recieved not too long ago. Tony, the gentleman who helped me, did a beyond amazing service that day. He was near where I was so he decided to help me so not only did he assist me right away I only wait 10 minutes for him to get where I was. He was so patient because unforetunely my car broke down on base and he waited with me. His costumer service was fantastic especially since he was so patient to wait for an escort to my car on base. He was very generous as well to give me pointers about my truck and not only that was very kind to give me a place to get an affordable battery. Simply outstanding to such a start to what I thought was going to be a bad day. If there’s a place I can actually give him credit and recongition please let me know. I will be more than happy to do so. He was very genuine and helpful! I can’t explain how much I truly appreciate it especially because I’m so car illiterate. Thanks TONY! You’re the best!

Thoroughly happy with my experience and would recommend this company to all my friends. Thankfully they took my road side asst insurance which covered most of the cost — but regardless of that they would have been the cheapest. Only $ 70 for the tow, and I had to cover $ 20 of that bc I wanted it towed the the mechanic of my choicer rather than the dealership.
Was told they would arrive in 30 min, they got there in 20. Guy was super friendly, I had to ride in the truck with him to the auto shop so I was nervous he’d be a creep or something. Quite the opposite, friendly, professional, put me at ease, had great convo!

MORONS! I am fairly new to San Diego and explained to the dimwit who answered the phone that I ran out of gas off the 163 South at exit 1B; that there was no shoulder and that it was extremely dangerous! Instead of googling my exact location she proceeded to argue about how she couldn’t send a driver up and down the 163 to look for me. «163 South, Exit 1B, off the ramp» What else do you need?
I hung up and called Road One. They showed up in less than ten minute.
I also called State Farm back to tell them about my horrible experience and asked that they take Two Bit Tow off their vendor list.
Save yourself the aggravation!

Called two bit tow and Veronica answered .She was polite, friendly and very courteus. She said she would send a tow truck in 30 minutes and it did come as stated. Alfredo was careful loading my classic porsche and was very helpful at the destination. Employees and prices are the best but i only deducted one star because their tow trailer is not the best for a lowered sport car.

I called and they were able to meet me in half an hour. Alfredo was very careful and did a fantastic job. I had my car towed from Coronado to Chula Vista, 11.5 miles. He charged me exactly what they publish, $ 35 pickup plus $ 3.50/mile. I would use him again.

Two Bit Tow has «Independent Operators». We have used the «Independent Operator» many times in the Clairmont area who was wonderful. We had Two Bit Two called to our home by a family friend to pick up his vehicle from our property. The «Independent Operator» came through our gate without checking his mirrors and nearly ripped in from the hinges. The gate is large and it was completely ruined. The «Independent Operator» in the East County area that did the damage, was unapologetic and even arrogant when I confronted him about his running through the gate, we even had to call the police to take a report! At the end of the day, the owners of two bit tow took no responsibility and refused to even help pay for the gate repairs. I will NEVER use this company again! Buyer beware!

Jacob was very friendly, fast, and efficient. Came to my apartment within the hour and hooked up my failed car in minutes. He also drove it to the automotive shop and dropped it off for me… Price was reasonable. I would use them again (hopefully not anytime soon again)! Highly recommended!

Today I used Two Bit Tow, it was the first time I have ever had a car towed. They were courteous on the phone and in-​person. Their pricing was excellent. The man who towed my car was careful and thorough. I rode with him to the auto shop and he was polite and made nice conversation. I don’t have a single complaint, I would use them again and recommend them!

I used this two company two weeks ago on the advice of my mechanic.
I gave them my credit card info and the driver apparently wrote the numbers down incorrectly. The customer service rep called me and insisted on taking my credit card number over the phone, or I had to drive to their office and hand them cash. I explained my car is still not working and I won’t be able to drive there anytime soon, and they declared they would put a lien on my car. Assholes.

I have heard nothing but good things about this company so i decided to use them when my Datsun broke down. I gotta say there pretty good there prices cant be beat. I only paid like $ 50 to get towed from my house to the mechanics shop. I would use them again so give em a shot

Very good experience. Came recommended from a mechanic, and while not all that flashy, very functional and fast. The cost was very reasonable and no funny business, the rate was exactly what they quoted over the phone.
I lump the tow-​truck industry in with the moving business, but this experience was anything but.
If the need should arise, will definitely use them in the future.

I think they are the cheapest in town. $ 40 or $ 60 for a tow.

Luckily I didn’t need the tow truck, but I showed up to keep my friend company while we waited for his 1960 Studebaker to get towed since the axle broke off of it. Two Bit Tow was the second choice of tow trucks since the first once showed up with the wrong bed for the car even though my friend had told him what was up… what a waste. So we hoped that tow-​truck number two would have some kind of better services.
Meh is all I can really say.
Tow truck guys are strange in my opinion, but that’s being a lady… I am sure their job sucks, and isn’t the most eventful. This guy didn’t really communicate what needed to be done on our part when it came to directing the car in the direction to load onto the truck, etc. etc. And some chains should have been tightened up a bit because the car almost made a nice nose dive right into the garage door when we got it back to his place.
The guy was fairly gentle with the car considering that thing is like my friend’s baby but definitely could have used some better precautions or at least communication skills would have been a start…
I have nothing to compare the tow-​truck too… It’s not easy to review, but in my opinion, «meh»
