I came here because I found a Groupon deal for brow extensions. It’s a cute little place in Downtown and super clean. I love how it’s pure white inside and lighting is great. It’s very modern and professional. Everyone was super friendly and attentive.
Allie did my brow extensions and I have to say she is amazing! She was so warm and sweet. She is detailed in her work and meticulous in her technique. I strongly recommend her to anyone looking for these kind of services. She’s so talented and won’t stop until it’s perfect. She often asks for your opinion as she goes to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because brow extensions aren’t for me. They looked great but I’m not disciplined enough to maintain them. I use too many products, serums, cleansers etc that don’t agree with extensions on my brows. I couldn’t deal after a day so I soaked my brows in coconut oil to remove the extensions gently.
Moral of the story: if brow extensions were my thing… I’d come back to ULB and I’d see Allie every time!

These guys pulled a bait & switch and tricked my wife into signing up for monthly service which she tried to cancel. However, they still charged her account for a couple of months until we had to get the bank involved. Totally unresponsive money grab.

I wish they paid as much attention to what we talked about during the consultation than they did with all the paperwork they had me do. My lashes are not what I asked for. They look absolutely nothing like what we discussed or the pictures they showed me. I think even worse than being ignored was how they handled me telling them they weren’t ok. They did not offer to fix them or even slightly suggest that they would fix them. The cherry on the cake was my husband noticing that they looked all «spacey» and not at all like what they usually look like. I have been getting eyelash extensions consistently for ten years. I take a 4 – 6 week break from them every four months. I have had them done by several people. No one has ever failed to offer to make them what I wanted after they were done if I thought they weren’t sufficient. And by the way, I have only asked twice over the last ten years that the technician make adjustments after they were done and I saw the final product. Both times there was no problem, I laid back down and they fixed them. I left very annoyed because no matter how much I said I didn’t like them they didn’t offer to fix them. I was handed more paperwork and left. It also leaves me wondering if I got a sub par service because I used a Groupon. Very disappointing.

First time coming here, LOVED IT!!! Got eyebrow extensions, and I’m impressed! I didn’t really have any expectations but WOW, Elizabeth did an amazing job! My eyebrows are on point! Love them!!!

Elizabeth was wonderful. This was my first time using eyebrow extensions and I’m thrilled with the results. My eyebrows are naturally very thin, and she was able to achieve a much thicker look while still maintaining my shape. This is only my second day with them but I’m in love

I was glad I was able to find street parking close to the building because it’s a bit hard to find under all the construction. The aestheticians were nice (I had Lily do my lashes) and sweet. The actual place seems somewhat clinical with white decorations and employees wearing scrubs. The lash table was not extremely comfortable as it had the hospital paper on the bed and no pillow. Other than the environment my lashes came out good (not amazing). I felt the tweezers poking my lids a few times which was uncomfortable and the lashes didn’t look as full as I’d hoped, maybe I went a little bit too natural. I’ll probably have to come back to get them filled, in which case I’ll ask to have a bit more of a dramatic look.

I called and left a voicemail and when she called me back and I mentioned groupon she decided to hang up… and not call back.

Bought a Groupon, but had a hard time getting an appointment. I called the company’s number, spoke to Kim/​Josie (the owner). On the first phone conversation she told me to go online to make the appointment. Did that, and nothing was available for the whole month. Tried for the second time, and checked all the days (in one month) for availability. And still nothing was opened. Basically, the online scheduling system is NOT user friendly!
Called Kim/​Josie the second time, and told her I can’t get any appointments for August. She laughed (I think to feel proud that the company is busy) and explained to me that they only do wax twice a week or something like that. I did not care to hear about your employee work schedule, but ONLY wanted an appointment for a wax. Kim/​Josie just kept on blabbing about it on the phone, and of course, I got more annoyed. I WAS ANNOYED WITH KIM BC SHE WASTED MY TIME and DID NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE WITH APPOINTMENTS! What’s the point of telling me the employees work schedule when THERE ARE NO AVAILABLE appointments.
I wasted my time, buying the Groupon which I can’t use (and will return), tried to make a appointment several times and wasted my time talking to Kim.
People have a busy schedule. If companies such like this one offers a Groupon, and can’t supply the demand then I suggest Kim/​Josie, re-​evalulate her business. OR just don’t offer something they can’t provide in a timely manner.

I have been wanting eyebrow extensions for the longest. I finally lucked up and found a Groupon that would allow me to try it out at an affordable price. I’m very happy that I did. Allie was very attentive, professional and has a sense of humor. I was not disappointed. I can now say my eyebrows are «on fleek».lol…I also got a chocolate Brazilian wax from Geri. It was an awesome experience. It’s WAY better than hot wax. Definitely making this a staple in my life. I left ULB doing my George Jefferson dance. I WILL BE GOING BACK.

I got a groupon for a full set of lashes and was so pleased I’ve been following up with appointments and even tried out the galvanic acne facial. Needless to say this place is fantastic, I’ve never been let down by any service and Allie is a really amazing technician. The place is clean and their policies make me able to trust that I am getting a great and very professional service.

I couldn’t be happier with my results! As a lash artist myself I am picky picky! Allie really listens and takes care of my lashes so well. She takes her time to make sure you love your results and is also very clean and professional. I found a gem downtown! I have 1D lashes and they are the perfect blend of glamour and natural.

Vicki was the best. She listened to exactly what I wanted and I walked out looking amazing. This was the best application of eyelashes I’ve ever received and her customer service is priceless.

A week after getting my lashes and they look fabulous! I’m not sure that I can ever do without lash extensions again.
The application takes a bit of time but it’s all worth it in the end. I paid close attention to the instructions and have hardly lost any lashes.
I will definitely be back to get them refilled again and again.

Finally decided to make the switch from Latisse to eyelash extensions with the help of Vickie S. at Ultimate Lash & Brow today. I am very happy with the result. I opted for a combo of 100% mink and 100% human hair in the «Noticeable & Edgy» set. After about an hour and fifteen minutes, voila! I had beautiful, long wispy lashes. This look is very pretty– not costume-​y or really fake looking. I know I won’t have to fight with mascara clumps every morning now and that is an awesome time saver.
Vickie S. was a great stylist. She thoroughly explained the process and made me feel very comfortable, so much so that I dozed off while she worked. She also did a great job of setting me up with after-​café instructions and a few (inexpensive) products to help keep my new lashes looking fab.
I think I’m sensing the beginning of a long relationship!
