My husband and I were reffered to him by PMC Loans, we decided to do business with Khaled, signed up about 8 months ago, told us our credit was going to be fixed within 4 – 6 months. We were getting the Transunion, Equifax and Experian letters that also said «suspicious». As I started doing my own research, it became relevant to us that he was full of shit! We were paying him $ 800 a month, so that we can buy our DREAM home. I spoke to SD District Attorney and he said this guy has been doing fraud for 2 years now! All of the letters we have been receiving are fake!
All, of the people that were working with him are being investigated. So my suggestion is to gather all of your information, paperwork, receipts .He is going to be prosecuted for being a scumbag! I don’t know what kind of morals he has to be messing with families hard earned money. He’s messing with my children’s money! This is personal now.

This is a follow up to my review on ¹⁰⁄₃₁.
As I previously reported, the communication has greatly improved since the restructuring at UCP and I am updated numerous times per week.
In addition to the much improved communication, my credit is now repaired with one lingering item which shall close in any day. I am very satisfied.

Please please don’t go there, this person is a crock his name is khalid and he acts like he is really good but all he is looking for is how to get your money and steel from you. I have a lot of friend that are very upset with him because he keep on telling them every thing will be done and nothing is happening so again don’t go to this thief

I would say don’t do business with this company… but hey you cant get ahold of anyone that works there even if you had to. Prior to Oct of this year everything was great. But after that BOOM everyone simply disappeared. You win some and you lose some… this my friends im calling a loss. Ive emailed… ive called… no response for over a month now. Im really curious as to what happened…

STAY AWAY from this company. My husband and I signed up for their services back in July to clear up and dispute something on his credit report. We were signed on by James Murphy. After a consultation, we paid the fee, and we were told that this would be fixed within 90 days. Fast forward to today, we have attempted to call them, email them several times, and have left multiple messages. The company has changed its voicemail and it is only automated now. This company is in deep trouble. All the emails initially were bouncing back and the voicemails were stating that it was closed indefinitely (similar to what the previous user stated). Now the voicemail has again been changed and it is still not accepting information. You can leave as many messages as you want until you’re blue in the face, but no one will ever get back to you. I was working with an individual named Alana Verdurgo who assured me during our last conversation that the things were being deleted from our credit reports and that we shouldn’t worry. We received a credit update today and it is still showing. Nothing has been deleted. This company will simply take your money and disappear. Stay away.
And yes, khaled, we have emailed you several times directly and have not heard back.
Update UnilocalERS! He finally emailed me back and stated that he would be calling me in a few minutes. He has yet to call. He explained that the business has allegedly been «restructuring» and that he will provide an update on my account. I will tell you this much, nothing has happened on my account. He has also stated that he would NOT REFUND ANY MONEY even though this is a sham of a company. STAY AWAY.

Very disappointed. I was referred to this company by a very reputable personal and professsional contact. When I spoke with them (after speaking with mortgage brokers and similar services) they seemed very knowledgeable. I sent them my data and my payment. They had advised me that the total time might take 4 – 6 months so I was not surprised to not hear anything immediately; however I received a piece of mail from one of the credit agencies indicating that they had received a suspicious piece of mail not from me. I called UCP and got a message indicating that the company was closed indefinitely. This was on Columbus day — so I emailed via the internal portal. It’s now Sunday and I“ve not heard back. I just sent a direct email to my contact and got an auto response apologizing for the company’s closure due to personal reasons and indicating they don’t know if they will reopen. Would have been nice to have been personally informed of this. So now I’m out $ 2400 AND tons of personal information and freaking out about identity theft. Great. I guess disappointed is not strong enough to express how I’m really feeling…
after posting this review last night I attempted to fax the company a note — not surprised that the fax didnt go thru as the machine is disconnected.

DO NOT USE THIS COMAPNY. My first appointment with them was a disaster — the person I was supposed to meet with was too busy to meet with me although I took time off of work to meet. No one was prepared for me to show up that day — complete waste of time. The owner called me and apologized and promised his company was in fact professional and knew what they were doing. Against my better judgment, and because I really did need my credit repaired — I went back and met with the owner. He assured me he knew people at the creditor I was having trouble with and was incredibly confident my issue would be easily resolved. So I paid the $ 1,500 to repair one tradeline. There has been heavy turnover in that office, the people who were hired do not seem to know what they’re doing — they guess at answers I ask… The bureaus have exceeded their «turn times» for responses nearly every time, the clock just keeps getting rewound — this leads me to believe things are not being handled/​processed properly — and based on the answers I get (when I actually get some), I believe this company to be fumbling and bumbling their way through this process. Time is of the essence since rates are going up every day. I was given a timeline of 4 – 6 months. It has been 6 months already and only 1 bureau has been corrected. The other 2 bureaus continue to miss their turn times for responses — no end in sight. I sent United Credit Partners a document I received in the mail 2 weeks ago from TransUnion and asked for a phone call to explain (the document said they believed someone to be acting suspiciously and therefore they have taken no action — which worried and frustrated me), and I STILL have not received any kind of response from United Credit Partners. There are other companies out there who can do this same thing — choose THEM. Very sorry I spent the $ 1,500 here.

They lied and took my money! Plus They do not return phone calls!! Do not do business with them.
