I was extremely satisfied with Chris’s carpet cleaning service! He arrived before his scheduled time, which actually worked better for us. I showed him the areas that I was particularly concerned about and he thoroughly tackled those spots and stains. In addition to being efficient and professional, he was also personable and friendly. The price was great, but the customer service was even better. I will definitely be giving him a call when we need our carpets cleaned again.

I don’t usually write reviews but Chris was amazing. We have two cats at home and pet owners should know how difficult it is to clean the hairs on carpets; piece of cake for Chris. My carpet now look brand new again. Besides from his excellent service, Chris is a really friendly guy too. He definitely deserves a five star.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the experience I just had with them. Not only was Chris punctual, he actually called to say he was running early and could head my way if I’d like. I had my sectional already pulled apart and ready, so he asked about any problem areas and got to work. He just so happened to be finished with the cleaning when I had just gotten off the phone with my mechanic dropping a 900 dollar bomb, and kindly asked what the problems they had come up with at that price tag. Keeping in mind that I had just met him 20 minutes prior and had two phone conversations with him EVER, Chris then proceeded to talk to the mechanic for me, track down the number of a mobile mechanic for me and even call the new mechanic for me to get me an appointment. Hands down one of the nicest things anyone has done for me this year. You don’t come across that type of kindness from strangers often, and I cannot be more thankful. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants exceptional service from an exceptional local company. Give them a call before you buy any deals from other websites, they have the best prices.

Chris was amazing. The service, the speed and the friendliness were par excellence. My carpet has never been this clean. I got them cleaned from another company a few months back and the results were not good. He didn’t try to get me to shell out more money for «Extra» treatment. I can understand why he calls his company Upright Cleaning!!!

Found Upright through Groupon. I’m always a little skeptical about Groupon deals, but this one really paid off. Chris was very straight forward about everything included, how much each room would be, and he even included the entryway as part of the hallway, something other companies tried to nickel and dime me on. Very knowledgable about his work and the products he uses, he and his wife were on time, knocked out the job efficiently and diligently, and all on a day where it was pouring rain. I’d recommend Upright to everyone over any other carpet cleaning service in San Diego. Oh, and spring for the deodorizer! After that service, you’d never even guess we have 3 dogs!

Super cool guy and flawless work! Chris cleaned my tiles and grout. If you find a deal online, instead of purchasing it, give him a call and he’ll honor the deal. I highly recommend Chris and his company. Goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. What more can you ask for?!

Fantastic customer service! I’ve been ‘hosed’ by soooo many carpet cleaners over the years that I’m almost expecting it when I call one now. But not Chris! Chris is awesome! His 100% satisfaction rating on Groupon paired with his rave reviews on Unilocal told me that I should give him a try, and I’m beyond glad that I did! He is for sure my ‘go to’ carpet cleaner now! AND… to top it off, he was totally reasonably priced! I would give him 10 stars if they had the option!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Upright Restoration! Chris answered when I called to inquire about pricing. He was very professional and straightforward. He made sure I understood what was and was not included in the different services and also explained additional services I may be interested in considering the wear and age of my carpet. He arrived on time and was meticulous! I have really old carpet and was worried it wouldn’t clean well. Chris took extra time and energy to get it as clean as possible! He even offered to come back in a few days to touch up a few spots that were stubborn. Who does that??? Since my baby was born, been wanting to clean our carpet just because of dirt, bacteria, and other gunk before my baby starts to crawl. He did a fantastic job, all of the room was spotless and Chris was very polite and professional. Worth every penny for the cleaning!!! I bought a groupon for carpet cleaning for the whole house and not only was it easy, fast and convenient, but the carpets looked significantly better than before purchasing the service! I was moving out of a house within a week and was looking for a service that was reasonably priced and able to come as soon as possible. Upright Cleaning made everything so easy! They answered the phone immediately and scheduled me in right away (the day of). When Chris came, he was punctual and efficient. The whole house took less than two hours. He even got out the stains that my landlord had expressed concerns about. If I ever need carpets cleaned again, I will definitely call them!

I called 8 different carpet cleaners and they were the first one who answered. It was a reasonable price and the guy sounded nice enough.
Chris and a gentlemen he introduced as his father arrived on time. They were both incredibly friendly and they worked very fast. My floors look fantastic. I need to check if they do upholstery, cause if they do I will hire them in a heart beat. Definitely will be using them when we move next summer. New company in the area but I highly recommend them.
