I needed to sub meter my San Diego space and to find a company to handle the water sub meter. Urban meters handled all my water meter needs with the best service. I found out they have a meter reading service for water billing locally in San Diego. Best news. Thanks Kat

Simply fabulous they are patient, kind and respectful. What more could you ask for from customer service.

Considering the nature of their service the most important qualities are cost and ease of use. Their website is simply pathetic. If paying by credit card you have to enter ALL OF YOUR INFORMATION EVERY MONTH. Of course you can enroll in auto pay — by sending them a form containing your credit card information. Given the issues with their website going down I’m not willing to go there.
