I have lived here for 3 months so far. The staff is amazing. The size of the business g is great. Only 90 something units. Small community feel. Parking is never an issue. Facilities are always clean. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. Hey have quiet hours after 10pm. I’ve never had an issue since I moved in. Very friendly. Quality people. I never write reviews but felt they deserved this one.

Well where do I begin, so much to say and all VERY GOOD. I guess the first compliments should go out to the staff, Crystal and Tina, ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM, this experience looking for a beautiful NEW property to live at, and the entire process of move in to actually living here for a week so far, has been wonderful. These two have made us feel like we have known each other for yrs, from the get go, Down to earth!!! Super friendly, REAL NOT FAKE or Prententious. we are extremely happy with our decision to move to urbana. And GARY, can’t leave him out, we love him too! All of the urbana staff rocks. Oh very pet friendly!!! Ok I can go on and on, but bottom line is… this is the place to be!!!
