History
Established in 2008.
San Diego’s history has been defined by memorable flights and historic journeys — from explorer Juan Cabrillo’s discovery of the region aboard the San Salvador to Charles Lindbergh’s historic liftoff in the trans-Atlantic-bound Spirit of St. Louis, occurring just a short distance from where the Hilton San Diego Bayfront now stands.
Chef de Cuisine Neil Dandekar and Executive Chef Patrick Dahms are drawing inspiration from San Diego’s coastal connections to the world through an innovative food and beverage program combining global influences with California grown, fresh and organic products. The result will be an intimate 5-Star experience.
