Description

Specialties

I understand the importance of being a good listener and having a client-focused approach, allowing me to provide a thorough and efficient home buying/selling experience. Communicating with you on a continuous basis so you will know what is happening every step of the way is always a goal of mine. Whether it be meeting in person, over the phone/text or email I cater to what best suits your needs.

I love to help first time buyers find their dream home. They usually have a lot of questions so I take extra time with them to help them through getting their home purchase. It is always a great feeling to hand somebody the keys to their new home.

I specialize in Cherokee Point, a diverse Mid-City neighborhood in San Diego.

I am part of the Coshow Real Estate Group, a highly respected brokerage who has been recognized as the San Diego Magazine’s FIVE STAR Real Estate Professional Award In Overall Satisfaction for six years in a row.

History

Established in 2004.

Hello my name is Veronica Medina and I really appreciate you considering me for your real estate needs. With over a decade of real estate experience under my belt, investment properties and short sales among them, I learned early on in my career the importance of morals, ethics and being a trustworthy professional. I am committed to understanding my clients’ interest and needs first, then offering effective guidance and service that is personalized for each individual.

It was an honor to receive a scholarship from the Board of Realtors, which helped me attain a Bacehlors of Science in Finance from San Diego State Univeristy, a degree that has allowed me to add a level of knowledge and professionalism to my real estate career.

Meet the Business Owner

Veronica M.

Business Owner

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as the San Diego Association of Realtors. I love getting involved in my community and being proactive in making positive changes. Recently, I co-founded the SD Bike Train, a planned and led morning commute route from City Heights to Oldtown and Downtown San Diego for San Diego’s urban cyclist. In the past I have also been involved with organizations like the St Bernard Project where I helped rebuild homes after hurricane Katrina as well as Habitat for Humanity.

I live and work in San Diego and enjoy spending time exploring this beautiful city by bike, dancing and meeting new people. I’ve been told from many that I am a great listener, easy to talk to and have a knack for connecting with individuals from all walks of life, which I take as a huge compliment.
