We had time constraints to sell our home and he went above and beyond multiple times to be available for us. He set up multiple open houses in a row when we had a snag in interest, and was willing to put in as much extra time as he could to make a sale for us.
He always answered his phone or returned the call immediately. He would answer emails at all hours and was never difficult to get a hold of. He even had a personal tragedy happen while we were working with him and another scare, and he still was extremely available for us both times (such dedication to his customers!).
He was great about constantly keeping us updated. Selling your house can be really stressful, so it was absolutely wonderful to have Vic there to answer our many questions and to assuage our worries. He has a great sense of humor and a calm demeanor that really sets you at ease when working with him.
He is an expert at the finance portion of the sell/​buy as well. This hugely helped us make intelligent and informed decisions when it came down to choosing between similar offers on our home.
Vic not only has become a trusted associate when we want to buy next, but also a friend through our experiences with him.
